Freundlich, kompetent und aufklärend.
Aber die Organisation an sich ist unter alle Würde.
Man macht sich einen Termin aus, denn ohne heißt es kann man nicht mehr.
Termin 17:00.
Dran kommt man dann so ca. um 18:00!!
Planung wohl voll daneben.
(eine Wartezeit von 10-20 Minuten sagt ja keiner was).
Des weiteren kommen Leute ohne Termin und vorher dran.
Wenn jemand keinen Termin hat, muss er gefälligst solange warten bis alle mit Termin dran waren!!!
Wenn dann auch noch eine Frau meint:"Ich will aber nicht warten,... "
Und dann sogar wirklich bevorzugt wird, platzt mir der Kragen.
Keiner von uns sitzt zum Spaß dort.

Friendly, competent and informative.
But the organization itself is below all dignity.
You make an appointment, because without it you can no longer.
Appointment 5 p.m.
It will be around 6:00 p.m.
Planning completely wrong.
(Nobody says a waiting time of 10-20 minutes).
Furthermore, people come without an appointment and come first.
If someone does not have an appointment, he has to wait until everyone has an appointment !!!
If a woman says: "I don't want to wait ..."
And then it is really preferred, my collar bursts.
None of us are sitting there for fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit wir hier wohnen (3 Jahre) sind wir immer noch immer nicht richtig angekommen bei einem einfachen Hausarzt. Der Dr. Ist wirklich sehr nett und toll, da kann man gar nichts sagen... Daher auch 3 Sterne für ihn. Allerdings ist es sehr mühsam überhaupt mal ins sprexhzimmer zu kommen. Telefon ist sehr selten besetzt, oft kommt man in die ordi und KEINER vom Personal ist da. Nur Patienten die sich bis raus stauen weil sie keiner annimmt. Wenn man mal angemeldet ist wartet man meistens ewig. Also das ist einfach nicht menschenwürdig. Wenn ich schon zum Arzt muss dann geht's mir ja nicht gut und dann sowas. Bin schon 2 x fast kollabiert weil ich in der Schlange warten musste. Echt schlimm....
Since we live here (3 years) we still have not arrived properly at a simple family doctor. The Dr. Is really very nice and great, because you can not say anything ... Therefore 3 stars for him. However, it is very difficult at all times to get into the sprexhzimmer. Telephone is very rarely occupied, often you get into the ordi and NO of the staff is there. Only patients who stow up out because no one accepts them. When you are logged in, you usually wait forever. That's just not worthy of humanity. If I have to go to the doctor then I'm not doing well and then something. Already two times almost collapsed because I had to wait in line. Really bad....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt is super! ABER wenn ich 12 Mal anrufe erwarte ich irgendwie schon, dass da auch mal wer abhebt. Ist immer so eine Glückssache ob man wen ans Telefon bekommt...
Doctor is great! BUT when I call 12 times I somehow expect someone to pick up the phone. It's always a matter of luck whether you get someone on the phone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termine werden nicht ernst genommen, man kommt irgendwann dran. Anscheinend ist es dort Gang und gebe, dass der Arzt seine Empfangsdame anfährt !
Komme NICHT wieder
Appointments are not taken seriously, at some point you will get them. Apparently there is corridor there and admit that the doctor drives his receptionist!
