Hat meine Krankengeschichte gelesen und die Schilderung meines Problemes angehört. Danach die Mitteilung der Ärztin. Laut ärztlicher Befunde bei mir alles in Ordnung. Die Schmerzen an der rechten Gesichtshälfte kann von einer vorausgegangener Zahnbehandlung kommen. Soll die Tablette, welcher mir der HNO Arzt verschrieben hat , weiternehmen. Zusätzlich verschrieb sie mir Beruhigungstabletten. Das wars. Super und dafür habe ich 14 Tage auf einen Termin gewartet. Die Schmerzen sind mir geblieben. Long wait for an appointment. According to medical reports, everything is fine with me. The pain on the right side of the face may come from previous dental treatment. Should I continue to take the tablet that the ENT doctor has prescribed for me. In addition, she prescribed me Sedative pills. That’s it. Great and for that I waited 14 days for an appointment. The pain stayed with me.

So lieb, kompetent, hört zu und lässt ausreden, nimmt einen Ernst und gibt ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Auch die Empfangsdame ist ein regelrechter Sonnenschein. Wahnsinn, dass es in der heutigen Zeit noch eine Ärztin bzw. Ordinstion wie diese gibt, vor allem als Kassenarzt. Vielen Dank! Miss Dr. Petersen lives and loves her job and this is clearly noticeable in the care of her patients. So kind, competent, listens and lets you finish, takes seriousness and gives you a feeling of security. The receptionist is also a real sunshine. It's crazy that there is still a doctor like this today, especially as a health insurance doctor. Many Thanks!

Akutfall wir ausschließlich mit Schlaganfall verglichen. - Ein akuter (schwerer) Schlaganfall kommt selten in eine Praxis. .... Not very friendly on the phone and I lack the competence to assess. S	SaJSD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit auf einen Termin 2 Monate, so war es bei mir. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten und Lift vorhanden. Das Warten hat sich ausgezahlt! In der Ordination musste ich kaum warten. Als stillende Mutter konnte ich auf Nachfrage ohne weiteres meinen Mann und mein Kind mitnehmen. Zum Stillen wurde uns sogar ein Rückzugsort angeboten. Empfang sehr freundlich. Fr. Dr. Petersen ebenso eine sehr herzliche Person, nimmt einen auch wirklich ernst und ist sehr bemüht einem zu helfen. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank! Waiting for an appointment 2 months, that's how it was for me. Enough parking and a lift available. The wait has paid off! I hardly had to wait in the ordination. As a nursing mother, I was able to take my husband and child with me on request. We were even offered a retreat for breastfeeding. Very friendly reception. Dr. Petersen is also a very warm person, takes you really seriously and tries very hard to help you. I can really recommend it! Thanks very much!
J	Javi KG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordination hat meinen Termin sehr spontan um ein paar Tage verschoben und als ich dann dort war, war die Assistentin dann anschließend sehr unfreundlich als ich gesagt habe, dass ich schon seit 50 min warte, meinte sie es ist meine Schuld und ich kann gerne gehen und in 4 Monaten wieder kommen. Als ich dann meinte dass das Problem ist, das ich einen Termin in der Arbeit habe und nicht damit gerechnet habe eine Stunde zu warten obwohl ich einen Termin habe, meinte sie es wäre meine Schuld den Termin dann so aus zu wählen (wie gesagt die ordination hat den Termin auf diesen Tag verschoben nicht ich). Noch nie eine so unfreundliche Assistentin erlebt! Die blonde Assistentin hingegen die das EEG macht, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! When I then said that the problem is that I have an appointment at work and didn't expect to wait an hour even though I have an appointment, she said it would be my fault for choosing the appointment like this (as I said, the ordination postponed the appointment to this day not me). Never experienced such an unfriendly assistant! The blonde assistant who does the EEG, on the other hand, is very friendly and courteous!

Das ganze Team war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Sie versprühten eine sehr motivierende Laune und man hat sich von der ersten Sekunde an sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Wer eine Neurologin braucht, kann und werde ich diese Praxis auch wärmstens (weiter-)empfehlen! As an emergency patient, I was able to get an appointment very quickly.
