Fast keine Wartezeit, Termine gut koordiniert. Bin schon seit Jahren bei ihr mit der ganzen Familie! Weiter so!??? Very very good dentist and assistant. Both always friendly and helpful! Freudentränen wohlgemerkt ;) Ich hab mich noch nie bei einem Zahnarzt so wohl gefühlt, wie bei Fr Dr Maczek und ihrem tollen Team. Es begann schon beim reinkommen, sehr schöne Praxis und ein herzlicher Empfang. So gut wie keine Wartezeit weil die Termine sehr gut vergeben sein dürften. Dann hatte ich meine Mundhygiene bei der mir alle Schritte sorgfältig erklärt wurden und ich trotz sehr schmerzempfindlicher Zähne nichts spürte und es wirklich toll und angenehm war. Danach zur Fr. DR zum Check die sich auch wirklich Zeit für mich genommen hat und ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben fühlte. Das war der erste Zahnarztbesuch in meinem Leben bei dem ich mich wirklich schon auf das nächste mal freue. Danke an Fr. DR. Maczek und ihr tolles herzliches, freundliches Team! Ich bin begeistert! I have tears in my eyes! Tears of joy, mind you;) I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist as with Fr Dr Maczek and her great team. It started when you came in, very nice practice and a warm welcome. Almost no waiting time because the appointments should be very well taken. Then I had my oral hygiene in which all the steps were carefully explained to me and I couldn't feel anything despite the very painful teeth and it was really great and pleasant. Then to Ms. DR for a check-up, who really took time for me and I felt very well looked after. That was the first visit to the dentist in my life and I'm really looking forward to the next time. Thanks to Ms. DR. Maczek and her great, warm, friendly team! I'm excited!
