J	Jasna Ercic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja moram reci ,od kada sam kod dr ke na lecenju, jer je obavezno upala akutna u pitanju, ona je uvek uspostavila tacnu dijagnozu i naravno prvi put da nisam imala upalu besike peeet godina..to je za mene uspeh najveci bio sad sam opet dobila jer je ogroman pad imuniteta bio. Ona mi je bez da me videla dala pravu terapiju na osnovu rezultata,. Verujem joj kao strucnjaku u ovom ludom vremenu posebno .t eskom za sve nase lekare i za nas same. Hvala I have to say, since I've been on treatment with my hand, because the inflammation was definitely acute, she always made an accurate diagnosis and of course the first time I didn't have bladder inflammation for five years ... that was the biggest success for me, now I'm back got because there was a huge drop in immunity. Mir wurde mitgeteilt das die Ärztin nicht in der Ordination sei, sie mich aber am Dienstag anruft und mir bescheid gibt, gesagt getan, die nette Dame am Telefon musste mir mit Bedauern mit teilen das sie mich nicht einschieben können, sie können mir aber im August einen Termin anbieten, ich wusste nicht ob ich lachen oder weinen soll, wenn ich JETZT AKUT Probleme habe was mache ich dann bitte mit einem Termin im August? Da kommt man sich einfach nur verarscht vor ! Von mir hört die Praxis nichts mehr!!! I called on Monday and described my situation, hurt since 3 weeks violent and no improvement despite antibiotics! I have been a patient of Dr. Kamidzorac for almost 20 years, who is a top doctor of Urology. She is highly valued in this field in Vienna. The staff is very well organized and helpful. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war am Telefon unfreundlich, respektlos und hat mich am Telefon warten lassen. Dabei hat sie sich mit jemandem in einer anderen Sprache unterhalten. Prinzipiell bin ich sehr für Mehrsprachigkeit, doch hatte ich stark das Gefühl, dass über mich gesprochen wird - und das im negativen Sinne. Vielleicht mag Frau Dr. Kamidzorac-Grbovic kompetent und freundlich sein, aber ich werde garantiert meine Zeit nicht einmal mehr mit einem Anruf in dieser Ordination verschwenden! In an acute case, I would only have got an appointment after a month. The receptionist was rude, disrespectful on the phone and kept me waiting on the phone. She spoke to someone in a different language. In principle, I am very much in favor of multilingualism, but I had the feeling that people were talking about me - and that in a negative sense. Perhaps Dr. Kamidzorac-Grbovic will be competent and friendly, but I'm guaranteed not to waste my time even calling this ordination!

Sind unsere Urologinnenen alle so sehr überlastet oder ist man als Kassenpatient ein Mensch 2. Klasse? Wozu zahlen wir monatlich horrende Sozialversicherungsbeiträge ein, bei so einem instabilen Gesundheitssystem? I asked for an appointment and only got the cool answer that no more new patients were accepted. Very sad! Are our urologists all so overburdened or are you a second-class patient as a patient? Why do we pay horrific monthly social security contributions with such an unstable health care system?
