Was jedoch die telefonische Erreichbarkeit des Arztes anbelangt, gibt es drastischen Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Ordinationshilfe, die bereits bei der Vorgängerin von Dr. Kaar tätig war, hebt das Telefon nicht ab, da sie gänzlich überlastet ist. Kein Wunder, denn bis zur Übernahme der Ordination teilten sich zwei Damen diese Aufgabe. Die einst freundliche und fröhliche junge Mitarbeiterin macht inzwischen einen ziemlich frustrierten Eindruck. Ich hoffe, dass Herr Dr. Kaar nicht nur das Wohl seiner Patientinnen/Patienten im Auge hat, sondern auch das seiner Angestellten und zeitnah für eine entsprechende Unterstützung sorgt.
