Allerdings ist es immer ein Problem telefonisch durchzukommen.....da hebt NIE jemand ab!!! Egal zu welcher Zeit man anruft!!!
The best dermatologist far and wide. Being pushed in is not an issue.
However, it is always a problem to get through by phone ..... NEVER take off !!! No matter what time you call !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Termintreue ist leider nicht gegeben. Bei einem Privatarzt erwarte ich mir mehr Service als bei einem Kassenarzt. Trotz Termin 1-1 1/2 Wartezeit, fast bei jedem Besuch. Telefonisch sind Sie kaum zu erreichen. Man muss persönlich in die Ordination kommen um einen Termin zu erhalten. Wenn man das Problem Vorort anspricht reagieren teilweise die Damen am Empfang genervt und es wird einem empfohlen den Arzt zu wechseln. Mit der Info dort wird es nicht anders sein. Fr. Dr. Popp-Habeler selbst ist eine gute Ärztin, sie ist kompetent und sehr sympathisch.
Adherence to deadlines is unfortunately not guaranteed. I expect more service from a private doctor than from a doctor. Despite appointment 1-1 1/2 waiting time, almost every visit. You can hardly be reached by phone. You have to come to the ordination personally to get an appointment. If you address the problem on site, the ladies at the reception sometimes react annoyed and it is recommended that you change your doctor. With the info there it will be no different. Mrs. Dr. Popp-Habeler herself is a good doctor, she is competent and very personable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Doktor Popp ist eine sehr gute Ärztin. Allerdings ist es seit einem Jahr unmöglich in der Ordination telefonisch mit jemanden zu sprechen. Jedes Mal kommt der Anrufbeantworter oder man wird weggedrückt. Ganz egal zu welcher Tageszeit man anruft.
Wenn man ein Medikament braucht oder einen Termin verschieben will, muss man jedes Mal persönlich in die Ordination kommen.
Es wäre schön, wenn dies anders wäre.
Doctor Popp is a very good doctor. However, it has been impossible to talk to someone in the office by phone for a year. Each time the answering machine comes or one is pushed away. No matter what time of day you call.
If you need a medication or want to postpone an appointment, you have to come to the office each time personally.
It would be nice if this was different.
