Dr. Andre selbst ist sehr vertrauenserweckend. Ich wurde schnell & professionell versorgt. Sehr guter Zahnarzt Get an appointment as a new patient quickly and easily. Minimal waiting time, very nice lady at the reception. Dr. Andre himself is very trustworthy. I was looked after quickly and professionally. Very good dentist

Ich habe die Sekretärin vorher telefoniert, ich muss sagen die Sekretärin war sehr freundlich und hat uns empfohlen sofort in die Praxis zukommen obwohl, meine Schwester dort nie war. Als wir in die Praxis gekommen sind, hat die Sekretärin uns sehr herzlich und einfühlsam geholfen. Ein sehr großes Dankeschön an die Sekretärin. Der Dr Jürgen André hat leider nicht unsere Erwartungen nachgekommen war äußerst unfreundlich. Zwei Sternen für die Sekretärin und das Atmosphäre. Daher würde ich keinem weiterempfehlen dorthin zu gehen. I went to Dr Jürgen Ändré because my sister was in a lot of pain. I phoned the secretary beforehand, I have to say the secretary was very friendly and recommended that we come to the practice immediately, even though my sister was never there. When we came to the practice, the secretary helped us very warmly and empathetically. A very big thank you to the secretary. Unfortunately, Dr Jürgen André did not meet our expectations and was extremely unfriendly. Two stars for the secretary and the atmosphere. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Herr Dr. André ist super fair und arbeitet auch mit alternativen Methoden, Hauptsache es hilft dem Patienten. Nach meiner Meinung einer der besten Zahnärzte die ich je besucht habe. Dr. André is super fair and also works with alternative methods, the main thing is that it helps the patient. In my opinion one of the best dentists I have ever visited. A	Anita Nikolic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war dankbar so schnell Termin zu bekommen, hab angerufen und sofort um 12 Termin bekommen. War sehr glücklich, da ich sehr starke Schmerzen hatte. Sekretärin war sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit. Nicht alles ist so wie es ausschaut, leider. Arzt war sehr unfreundlich, schon auf ersten Blick. Beleidigt und redet Unsinn über Patienten, also Umgang mit Patienten auf eine Skala von 1 bis 10 ist -00. Sein Vorschlag ist nur Zahn rauszuholen nicht zu heilen, das finde ich einfach traurig. Es gibt keine Teamarbeit. Ständiges schreien wie „Mach Mund auf“. Am Ende wird man als „ Red Bull süchtig“ bezeichnet. Einfach respektlos. Ich glaub als Zahnarzt sollte man mit Respekt reden, freundlich sein, alles genau erklären und nicht beschuldigen. Einmal war ich da und nie wieder. I was grateful to get an appointment so quickly, called and got an appointment right away at 12. Was very happy as I was in a lot of pain. Secretary was very nice, very helpful. Not everything is what it looks like, unfortunately. Doctor was very rude, even at first glance. Insults and talks nonsense about patients, so dealing with patients on a scale of 1 to 10 is -00. His suggestion is just to get tooth out not to heal, I just find that sad. There is no teamwork. Constant yelling like "Open your mouth". At the end of the day, you're called a "Red Bull addict". Just disrespectful. I think as a dentist you should speak with respect, be friendly, explain everything in detail and not blame. I was there once and never again.

c	chf Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I took my wife to Dr. Jürgen’s clinic. Her teeth were uncomfortable. Dr. Jürgen is very professional and patient. We don’t understand German and are not good in English. He explained patiently and aiso used Google to show us. He is a very good doctor.
