Leider eine Ärztin die ohne mit dem Patienten zu sprechen über die Sprechstunde ausrichten lässt dem Patienten Behandle ich nicht obwohl Sie den Patienten nicht kennt und gesehen hat. Ich war im Jänner bei einem Hautarzt in Linz und bin aber jetzt in Waldneukirchen wohnhaft. Die Sprechstundenhilfe sagte mir dass Sie meine Karte nicht stecken kann da ich in diesem Quartal schon einmal beim Hautarzt war und daher wieder zu diesen gehen müsse. Ich rief bei der Gesundheitskasse an und fragte was das wäre wenn ich 500 Km von meinem letzten Wohnort entfernt bin. Die Auskunft eines Mitarbeiters der Gesundheitskasse war die Sozialkarte gehört auf IV (In Vertretung oder auf Wohnungswechsel) gesteckt dann kann Sie mich behandeln. Weil ich diese Auskunft der Sprechstundenhilfe gab ging diese zur Ärztin, nach einiger Zeit kam Sie sagte dass Sie sich nach den Anordnungen der Gesundheitskasse richte. Darauf wollte ich die Gesundheitskasse neben der Person anrufen, da sagte Sie dass die Ärztin mich nicht behandelt. Warum fragte ich mich und es war alles klar Sie wollte mich weil die Karte nicht zum Stecken war als Privatpatient behandeln, dies lehnte ich aber ab und damit war die Bereitschaft dieser Ärztin für den Menschen da zu sein erledigt . Leider gibt es hier keine Negativ Sterne. What is wrong here: our health system or the behavior of the doctor. I was with a dermatologist in Linz in January but now I live in Waldneukirchen. The receptionist told me that you can not put my card because I have been to the dermatologist this quarter and therefore I have to go to them again. I called the health insurance company and asked what it would be like if I was 500 km from my last place of residence. The information from an employee of the health insurance was that the social card belongs to IV (on behalf or on moving) then you can treat me. Because I gave this information to the receptionist, she went to the doctor, after a while she came and said that you followed the instructions of the health insurance company. Then I wanted to call the health insurance company next to the person when she said that the doctor was not treating me. Why did I ask myself and it was all clear? She wanted to treat me as a private patient because the card was not to be inserted, but I refused and the willingness of this doctor to be there for the people was over. Unfortunately there are no negative stars here.

Habe es während der Ordinationzeit drei Tage lang versucht wegen eines Termines. Nur besetzt oder Bandstimme. So wird man gezwungen einen Wahlarzt zu konsultieren. Ist aber nicht hier so, sondern ein allgemeines Problem. Aber es gibt keine Zweiklassenmedizin heißt es allgemein ?!!!!!! I can't say who the doctor is, as the ordination cannot be reached by phone. Tried for three days during the ordination due to an appointment. Occupied or band voice only. So you are forced to consult a doctor of your choice. But it's not like that here, it's a general problem. But there is no such thing as two-class medicine, it is generally called ? !!!!!!

OP wurde kurz darauf durchgeführt und ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Außerdem wurden all meine Fragen beantwortet – ich hatte viele :-) Ja es stimmt, was in den Kritiken steht: das Wartezimmer ist voll, aber kein Wunder! KOMPETENTE FREUNDLICHE Ärzte, die obendrein Kassenärzte sind, sind natürlich gut gebucht. Ich denke für eine gute medizinische Versorgung nimmt man sich Zeit und wartet auch gerne! Mehr als arbeiten kann auch eine Ärztin nicht. I've read through some reviews, I think the problem is that there aren't enough dermatologists. A doctor cannot do more than work.

Ich habe eine Überweisung vom Hausarzt, für ein 4 jähriges Kind mit einem Ausschlag der sich seit mehr als einem Jahr zieht und die Dame meinte wir sollen glücklich sein dass wir einen Hautarzt habe (waren im letzen Jahr bei einer Ärztin in Steyr die uns einfach eine Cortison Salbe verschrieben hat, ohne Interesse den Grund für den Ausschlag zu finden) denn andere haben gar keinen Hautarzt und sie nehmen keine neuen Patienten auf. Arroganz auf hohen Niveau! An incredibly unfriendly communication, I have never experienced that. I have a referral from my family doctor for a 4-year-old child with a rash that has been spreading for more than a year and the lady said we should be happy that we have a dermatologist (we went to a doctor in Steyr last year who just gave us a prescribed cortisone ointment without any interest in finding the cause of the rash) because others do not have a dermatologist at all and they do not take on new patients. Arrogance at a high level!

Endlich durchgekommen, wird man unfreundlich unterbrochen und einem mitgeteilt, dass sowieso keine Muttermalkontrollen mehr gemacht und schon gar keine neuen Patienten genommen werden. Kann man das bitte auf der Hompage gleich ersichtlich machen?! Dann erspart man viel Ärger, beiderseits!!!
a	astrid gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider erreicht man nach einer Woche täglich mehrmals anrufen nie jemanden. Die Wartezeit beträgt im Durchschnitt über 1Std trotz Termin. Die Ärztin ist zwar sehr nett, allerdings ist die Untersuchung nur "schnell-schnell", für Fragen ist kaum Zeit und Bedenken werden nicht besprochen. Unfortunately, after a week of calling several times a day, you never reach anyone. The average wait time is over 1 hour, even with an appointment. The doctor is very nice, but the examination is only "quick-quick", there is hardly any time for questions and concerns are not discussed.
S	Sascha Humer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglich zu erreichen. Hab an mehreren Tagen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten angerufen, es hat nie wer abgehoben. Jetzt bekomme ich seit 2 Wochen nur noch das "Besetzt" Zeichen. Auch die Behandlung war nicht sehr überragend. Ich hatte hohe Erwartungen, da sie mir empfohlen wurde, allerdings fühlte ich mich nicht mal ernst genommen. Kann ich auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Impossible to reach. Called at different times several days, no one picked up. Now I get for 2 weeks only the "occupied" sign. The treatment wasn't great either. I had high expectations since she was recommended to me, however I didn't even feel that I was being taken seriously. I definitely don't recommend it.
