Wir wurden immer herzlich empfangen und das Team in der Ordination ist Spitzenmäßig sowie super Hilfsbereit. Bin mittlerweile schon mit meinen Kindern bei ihm. For over 20 years, my family and I have been seeing Dr. SALIBA and can only report the best. We were always warmly welcomed and the team in the ordination is top notch and super helpful. I now go to him with my children.
C	Ce Chi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht mal ein Stern wert. Der Arzt ist sehr nett und auch die ältere Dame an der Ordination. Leider ist der junge Mann an der Ordination einfach nur frech und respektlos! So geht man nicht mit seinen Patienten um. Ich wurde als "deppert" beschimpft, weil ich nach der Krankmeldung gefragt habe. Ich verstehe, dass es sehr stressig ist. Jedoch kann ich meine Kunden auf der Arbeit auch nicht beschimpfen wenn ich überfordert bin! Es wurde bereits alles der Ärzte- und Krankenkasse gemeldet. Danke für die Antwort! Aber ich glaube Sie haben vergessen, dass Sie mich auch telefonisch als deppert beschimpft haben und noch dazu gesagt haben, dass dies ja Umgangssprachlich ist. In meinem Umgang wird nicht so geredet... Dass die Autokorrektur am Handy "deppert" beinhaltet ist mir auch neu. Not even worth one star. The doctor is very nice and so is the elderly lady in the office. Unfortunately, the young man at the ordination is just cheeky and disrespectful! That's not how you treat your patients. I was insulted as "idiot" because I asked about sick leave. I understand it's very stressful. However, I can't scold my customers at work if I'm overwhelmed! Everything has already been reported to the doctors and health insurance companies. Thanks for the answer! But I think you forgot that you also called me stupid over the phone and said that this is colloquial. In my dealings, people don't talk like that... The fact that the auto-correction on the cell phone contains "deppert" is also new to me.
M	Michael Tautscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin jetzt schon seit Jahren in dieser Praxis, der junge Mann beim Empfang ist an Kompetenz nicht zu überbieten immer höflich obwohl er es mit manchen sehr schwierigen Patienten nicht leicht hat. Schlechte Bewertungen verstehe ich überhaupt nicht.....in keinster Weise. Danke an das gesamte Team Dr.Saliba für höfliche, kompetente, u. fachgerechte Patientenbetreuung in unserem Bezirk. I've been in this practice for years now, the young man at reception is unsurpassable in terms of competence, always polite, although he doesn't have it easy with some very difficult patients. I don't understand bad reviews at all... in no way. Thanks to the entire Dr.Saliba team for polite, competent and professional patient care in our district.
