The doctor threw my mother out of the ordi just because she didn't want his 10 infusions. Eternal waiting and an unfriendly doctor.

Er nahm sich viel Zeit und erklärte mir den Sachverhalt. Super Arzt! Had an evening appointment and was greeted by Dr. Neuchrist advised and examined extremely friendly and competent. He took a lot of time and explained the matter to me. Super doctor!
F	Fabian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Neuchrist wurde mir empfohlen, aber bereits beim Erstkontakt mit der Empfangsdame hatte ich ein komisches Gefühl. Rückruf wurde nicht eingehalten und schließlich log sie auch noch, als ich sie daran erinnerte. Drei Telefonate insgesamt und die Dame grüßte kein Einziges Mal zum Abschied, sondern legte immer gleich auf. Am Tag des Termins wurde mir im Behandlungszimmer mitgeteilt, dass der Herr Doktor garnicht anwesend sei und warum ich das nicht wüsste (Montags sei er nie da). Die Frau Doktor diagnostizierte durch die Socken hindurch Einlagen und mit zwei Fingern auf den Rücken, ohne dass ich meinen Pullover auszog, eine Spritzentherapie mit Cortison. Es wurde weder Beweglichkeit, noch Vorgeschichte besprochen. Noch am selbsten Tag machte ich mir einen Termin bei einem privaten Orthopäden aus, der ihre Diagnose (selbst die Einlagen) revidierte und mir einen natürlichen Weg zur Besserung vorschlug. Selbst wenn Dr. Neuchrist ein guter Arzt sei, werde ich das wohl nie Erfahren. Dr. Neuchrist was recommended to me, but the first time I met the receptionist I had a strange feeling. The callback was broken, and she lied when I reminded her. Three phone calls in total and the lady didn't say goodbye once, but always hung up straight away. On the day of the appointment, I was told in the treatment room that the doctor wasn't even there and why I didn't know (he was never there on Mondays). The doctor diagnosed insoles through my socks and with two fingers on my back without taking off my sweater, a syringe therapy with cortisone. Neither mobility nor history was discussed. On the very same day, I made an appointment with a private orthopedic surgeon, who would revise her diagnosis (even the insoles) and suggest a natural way to improve. Even if Dr. Neuchrist is a good doctor, I will probably never find out.

Der beste Arzt fühlt sich immer gut aufgehoben Personal immer freundlich. For years I have been personally operated on twice by Dr Neuchrist in treatment. The best doctor always feels that he is in good hands. Staff always friendly.
