Nur diese Empfangsdame die einen wenn man um halb neun mit Fieber und Angina da steht und ihr erklärt dass man nur ein Rezept braucht weil man zum kind heim muss damit der mann auf die arbeiten kann zu einem sagt. Ich kann dir erst um 11:20 einen Termin geben der Dr. Ist noch nicht da. Alles schön und gut nur ist der Dr. bis 11:20 für ein Rezept nicht zu sprechen.? Sorry aber ich habe auch kein Auto dass ich einfach mal schnell zum Arzt komme. Ich finds von dieser Empfangsdame einfach nicht ok Leute einfach wieder so weck zu schicken. Und das war auch nicht das erste mal. Ich hoffe doch dass es in zukunft mal etwas besser wird denn der Arzt ist ja auch super freundlich und nett nur klappt es bei der Anmeldung leider nicht. Dr. Very friendly, simply the best, also for my little one, who also likes him very much. Only this receptionist is the one when you stand there at eight thirty with fever and angina and explain to her that you only need a prescription because you have to go to the child so that the man can tell you to work. I can only give you an appointment at 11:20 am for Dr. Is not here yet. All well and good is just Dr. until 11:20 not to speak for a prescription.? Sorry, but I don't have a car either so that I can just get to the doctor quickly. I think this receptionist is just not ok to send people awake like that again. And that wasn't the first time either. I hope that things will get a little better in the future because the doctor is also super friendly and nice, but unfortunately it doesn't work out when registering.

Nette Empfangsdamen einfach super Ambiente, kleiner Bereich für die Kinder, ist soweit alles dabei was die Kids interessiert und sie spielen können. Top, sehr zufrieden. Danke für eure Arbeit ihr macht es wirklich toll. Very friendly, understanding, calm and funny & best doctor. Nice receptionists just great atmosphere, small area for the children, so far everything is there that interests the kids and they can play. Top, very satisfied. Thank you for your work you are doing really great.
D	Daniel Kiewel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unprofessionell , die Ordination heute den 18.05.2021 ohne triftigen Grund geschlossen zu halten ?? War im übrigen schon des öfteren der Fall!! Vielleicht in Zukunft zumindest eine Information an der Tür hinterlassen , weshalb keine Ordination stattfindet, anstatt die Leute vor der Tür vergeblich warten zu lassen. Bin ernsthaft am überlegen zu einen anderen Allgemeinarzt zu wechseln. Very unprofessional to keep the ordination closed today, May 18th, 2021 for no good reason ?? Incidentally, it has been the case several times! Maybe in the future at least leave some information on the door, which is why there is no ordination instead of people waiting outside the door in vain. I am seriously considering switching to another general practitioner.

S	Singer Miss Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wäre ich ein guter Arzt, würde ich nicht meine Patienten extra krank hinfahren und zur Tür latschen lassen, um dann feststellen zu dürfen, dass der Arzt verhindert ist. Wieso schreibt man das im Jahr 2022 nicht ins Internet, dass ich vorher Bescheid weiß?? If I were a good doctor, I wouldn't have my patients drive there extra sick and traipse to the door only to be able to find out that the doctor is unavailable. Why don't you write that on the internet in 2022 that I know in advance??
