Here one is taken seriously and it is rarely such an effort and reliability on the part of a doctor. Have not experienced anything comparable yet.

Ich wurde gründlich untersucht sowie alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich war rundum zufrieden daher 5 Sterne! Despite the high number of patients was very hard to give me a quick appointment. I was thoroughly examined and all my questions answered. I was completely satisfied therefore 5 stars!

Obwohl ich beim ersten Besuch keinen Termin hatte, bin ich rasch drangekommen. Fachliche Kompetenz sowie Behandlung, Service und Freundlichkeit waren top! I have been to the group practice three times and each time I was welcomed by Dr. Schobel treats. Although I didn't have an appointment on the first visit, I got there quickly. Professional competence as well as treatment, service and friendliness were top!
M	Monika Neugebauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem Jahr 2015 nach einem Gehörsturz leide ich am linken Ohr an Tinnitus. Bei Tinnitus kann man nichts machen, so hieß es immer wieder. Erst im Tinnitus Zentrum in St. Pölten würde mir richtig gut geholfen. Durch ein spezielles Hörgerät, welches ich tagsüber immer und überall trage, höre ich meinen Tinnitus nicht mehr. Und abends wenn ich meine Hörgeräte rausnehmen muss, schalte ich am Handy eine spezielle Tinnitus App ein. Somit höre ich das Rauschen wieder nicht. Sicher schön langsam lenke ich meine Aufmerksamkeit nicht mehr auf den Tinnitus. Dadurch habe ich ein so wunderbares Wohlgefühl in meinem Leben gewonnen. Ich bedanke mich vielmals bei diesem tollen Team vom Tinnitus Zentrum in St.Pölten. Since 2015 after a hearing loss, I suffer from tinnitus in the left ear. You can not do anything with tinnitus, it was said again and again. Only in the Tinnitus center in St. Pölten would help me really well. Through a special hearing aid, which I wear during the day always and everywhere, I no longer hear my tinnitus. And in the evening when I have to take my hearing aids out, I turn on the phone a special tinnitus app. Thus I do not hear the noise again. Sure, slowly, I will not turn my attention to tinnitus. This has given me such a wonderful feeling of well-being in my life. Many thanks to this great team from the Tinnitus Center in St.Pölten.
C	C B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2017 leide ich unter Tinnitus und Hyperakusis, habe bereits einige HNO-Ärzte diesbezüglich konsultiert, einer davon in einem sogenannten Tinnituszentrum. Die Aussagen waren überall die gleichen: man könne da nichts machen und ich müsse lernen damit zu leben. Als wären diese Aussagen nicht schon belastend genug, wurde mein Leidensdruck relativiert oder gar negiert. Ganz anders wird im Tinnituszentrum von Herrn Dr. Schobel mit Patienten umgegangen! Sowohl die MitarbeiterInnen als auch Herr Dr. Schobel selbst waren nicht nur äußerst freundlich, kompetent und bemüht, sondern auch empathisch. Zum ersten Mal (seit 2017) fühlte ich mich mit meinen Problemen - welche mit Tinnitus und Hyperakusis einhergehen - ernstgenommen und verstanden. Ich fühle mich hervorragend betreut und bin wirklich sehr froh Herrn Dr. Schobel empfohlen bekommen zu haben. Es ist mir ein großes Anliegen, meine Empfehlung für dieses tolle Team hier weiterzugeben! As if these statements were not already stressful enough, my suffering was relativized or even negated. In the tinnitus center of Dr. med. Schobel dealt with patients! Both the staff and Dr. Ing. Schobel himself was not only extremely friendly, competent and hard-working, but also empathic. For the first time (since 2017), I felt with my problems - which are associated with tinnitus and hyperacusis - taken seriously and understood. I feel excellently cared for and am really very happy. E	Erwin Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon seit Jahren Tinnitus im rechten Ohr, aussage "damit muss ich leben, kann man nichts machen usw.". Dann bekam ich einen Tipp Tinnituszentrum Dr. Schobel, den Wortschatz kann man nichts machen, diesen gebt es bei Dr. Schobel nicht, da wird nicht aufgegeben sondern geholfen. Ich hatte eine Hüft OP (neue Hüfte) war mit Krückenunterwegs,(sehr eingeschränkt) hatte aber starken Tinnitus, ein Anruf ich kam sofort dran und mir wurde geholfen, ich kann nur sagen Daumen hoch wirklich super!! I've had tinnitus in my right ear for years, saying "I have to live with that, nothing can be done, etc.". Then I got a tip from Tinnituszentrum Dr. Schobel, you can't do anything with the vocabulary, that's what Dr. Not Schobel, they don't give up, they help. I had a hip operation (new hip) was on the move with crutches, (very limited) but had severe tinnitus, I got a call immediately and I was helped, I can only say thumbs up, really great!
R	Reinhard Prehofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann das Tinnituszentrum, Dr Schobel und all seine Assistenzhelferinnen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ob ich nun schon 10 oder gar bis zu 20 Jahre lang dieses lästige ständige Pfeifen und hochfrequente Sausen in den Ohren hatte, weiß ich mittlerweile nicht mehr. Auch wie sich "Stille" wirklich anhören kann, war mir abhand gekommen. Nach langen Odysseen bei unterschiedlichen HNO-Ärzten bin ich bei Dr Schobel gelandet und kann nur höchstes Lob aussprechen. Ich fühlte mich zum ersten Mal seit langem Ernst genommen und man hörte mir aufmerksam zu. Dass ein Fragebogen zuerst in Ruhe ausgefüllt werden soll, um das eigene Problem zu beschreiben, finde ich sehr gut => eigentlich eigenartig, dass dies andere nicht auch machen. Die Organisation in der Ordination ist super - keine Wartezeiten und keine Warteschlagen, Erinnerungsservice per SMS am Tag davor, "Kleinigkeiten", die aber wichtig sind. Die Untersuchungen wurden sehr genau und gründlich vorgenommen und es wurde auch exakt erklärt, was/warum gemacht wird. Die optionale Zusammenarbeit mit einem Hörakustiker (Fa Neuroth) quasi ums Eck rundet ein Erfolgsergebnis ab. Mein Tinnitus ist zwar nicht weg, aber um vieles erträglicher geworden - und vor allem habe ich den Eindruck, dass es dem gesamten Team ein echtes Anliegen ist, mir zu helfen. Das spürt man - und das verstärkt auch das innere Heilbewusstsein. Danke - viel weiteren Erfolg und bis bald. I can only warmly recommend the tinnitus center, Dr Schobel and all of his assistants. Whether I've had this annoying constant whistling and high-frequency whistling in my ears for 10 or even up to 20 years, I no longer know. I also lost the way "silence" really sounds like. After long odysseys with different ENT doctors, I ended up with Dr Schobel and I can only express the highest praise. For the first time in a long time, I felt taken seriously and I was listened to attentively. I find it very good that a questionnaire should first be filled out in peace to describe your own problem => actually strange that others don't do this too. The organization in the ordination is great - no waiting times and no queues, reminder service by SMS the day before, "little things" that are important. The examinations were carried out very precisely and thoroughly and it was also explained exactly what / why is being done. The optional collaboration with a hearing care professional (Neuroth), virtually around the corner, rounds off a successful result. My tinnitus has not gone away, but it has become much more bearable - and above all I have the impression that the entire team is really interested in helping me.
