★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Zahnarzt! Er nimmt einem jegliche Angst durch seine ruhige Art und vA auch durch seine Kompetenz! Das ganze Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Terminabwicklung geht sehr rasch vonstatten - auch wenn man mal als "Notfallpatient" kommt. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!
Top dentist! He takes away all fear through his calm manner and especially through his competence! The whole staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Appointments are processed very quickly - even if you come as an "emergency patient". Unreservedly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminabsage eine halbe Stunde vor dem Termin, wegen technischer Schwierigkeiten.
Sehr ärgerlich da ich extra von der Arbeit zu Hause geblieben bin und schon auf dem Weg war.
Ersatztermin wäre erst in einem Monat gewesen.
Hab ich nicht angenommen, da ich mir wenigstens als "Entschädigung" einen früheren Termin gewünscht hätte.
Das ist für mich eine derartige Unart, somit werde ich diesen Zahnarzt /Kieferorthopäden nicht mehr aufsuchen.
Appointment canceled half an hour before the appointment due to technical difficulties.
Very annoying because I stayed home from work and was already on my way.
Replacement date would have been a month from now.
I did not accept it, because I would have liked an earlier appointment at least as a "compensation".
This is such a bad habit for me that I will no longer visit this dentist / orthodontist.
