Ich werde da sicher nicht mehr hingehen. The doctor himself is fine but I do not understand why he always has such unfriendly and extremely slow employees at the information, the friendly cost more? I will not go there for sure.

I am the patient at Dr. Butcher for a long time. He is very professional and kind. Unfortunately, the ordination is not particularly easy to reach by phone.

Ich habe darum gebeten mein Rezept in die Apotheke zu faxen - die Antwort war "es ist nicht meine Aufgabe zu faxen". An dem selben Tag kam von meinem anderen Arzt ein Rezept in die Apotheke mit Fax an, problemlos............... Excellent doctor, pleasant waiting times, incredibly unfriendly lady at the reception. I asked to fax my prescription to the pharmacy - the answer was "it is not my job to fax". On the same day, my other doctor sent a prescription to the pharmacy by fax, no problem ...............
