G	Georg F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wartezeit bis zur Blutabnahme hat nicht einmal 10 Minuten betragen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The waiting time until the blood sample was not even 10 minutes.

Ein älteres Paar kommt dazu, er mit dem Telefon am Ohr, anscheinend Anruf beim Institut, sie stellten sich zum Mitarbeiter Eingang, da wurden sie auch von einer Angestellten abgeholt! Also so funktioniert das nach der Reihe dran kommen! Aber es gibt ja keine Freunderlwirtschaft und keine 2 Klassen Medizin! Echt zum Kotzen, Frauen mit Kindern mussten sich auch anstellen! Aber die Priviligierten nicht! A line of around 10 to 15 people in front of the entrance! An elderly couple arrives, he with the phone to his ear, apparently a call to the institute, they went to the employee entrance, and an employee picked them up! So this is how it works, one after the other! But there is no friendship economy and no two classes of medicine! Sucks, women with children also had to queue! But not the privileged!
A	Anton Trapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Wocher jeden Tag 20 x anrufen. Kein einziges Mal hat jemand auch nur den Hörer abgenommen. Also persönlich hin. Ca. 20-30 Leute vor der Tür - Stau über den Parkplatz und die halbe Straße vor dem Labor. 15 Minuten gewartet. Keine einzige Person hat das Gebäude betreten. Die Hälfte hätte ev. noch eine Chance bis zum Ende der Öffnungszeiten dran zu kommen, die anderen haben sich einfach 1/2 Tage die Beine in den Bauch gestanden. Ein Witz! Call 20 times a day for a week. Nobody even picked up the phone once. So personally. About 20-30 people in front of the door - traffic jam across the parking lot and half the street in front of the laboratory. Waited 15 minutes. Not a single person entered the building. Half of them might still have a chance to get it until the end of the opening hours, the others just stood their legs in their stomachs for 1/2 day. A joke!

Diese war in 10 Minuten mit Anmeldung erledigt, Personal freundlich!! Parkplatz vor der Türe (sofern wenig los ist) You can't get through on the phone ... no matter how often you call. So personally to the blood sample. This was done in 10 minutes with registration, staff friendly! Parking lot in front of the door (if little is going on)
S	Sarah Semmelrock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine überweisende Ärztin hat extra vorher angerufen (ich war daneben) um abzuklären, ob man für eine spezielle Untersuchung irgendwelche speziellen Formulare braucht - nein nur Überweisung hat es geheißen. So, mit Überweisung hin gefahren, die eher unfreundliche Dame an der Anmeldung hat sich schon mal gar nicht ausgekannt, ok kein Problem, Kollegin befragt und was kam heraus - natürlich braucht man ein spezielles Formular, vom zuweisenden Arzt unterschrieben. Also einmal Klagenfurt gefahren (von weiter weg) für umsonst. Danke! The doctor who referred me called beforehand (I wasn't there) to clarify whether you needed any special forms for a special examination - no, it said only a referral. So, went there with a referral, the rather unfriendly lady at the registration didn't know her way around, ok no problem, asked a colleague and what came out - of course you need a special form, signed by the referring doctor. So once drove to Klagenfurt (from further away) for free. Thanks!
