Ware für mich kein problem gewesen, doch diesen wollte sie mir nicht geben, sonder sie wollte mich auf Biegen und Brechen zu einem anderen Arzt verweisen. Ob ihr Chef das weiß? Naja, schade. Telephone request for an appointment. The receptionist said at first that an appointment was only available in 4 weeks. It would not have been a problem for me, but she didn't want to give it to me, but instead wanted to point me to another doctor. Does your boss know that? Well, too bad.

Bin dort persönlich hingekommen um einen Termin auszumachen, den mir die Sprechstundenhilfe aber auf Biegen und Brechen nicht geben wollte. Zuerst hieß es, der nächste wäre in einem Monat frei, kein Problem. Den wollte ich nehmen, plötzlich hieß es, dieser sei schon reserviert. So ging das dann einige Minuten bis ich aufgegeben und ohne Termin gegangen bin. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the doctor himself. I came there personally to make an appointment, but the receptionist did not want to give me bending and breaking. At first it was said that the next would be free in a month, no problem. I wanted to take it, suddenly it was said that it was already reserved. So it went on for a few minutes until I gave up and left without an appointment.

Erklärt jeden Schritt und die Behandlung war Top. Ein großes Dankeschön an die nette Schwester beim Empfang! Super practice, thanks to the doctor who is on Thursday in representation there. She knows what she is doing and totally competent statements. Explains every step and the treatment was top. A big thank you to the nice sister at the reception!
G	Gitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jagenbrein ist ein super Diagnostiker ABER die Terminvereinbarung ist ein Horror. Trotz Termin Wartezeiten bis zu 2 Stunden. Ich nehme es immer im Kauf. Da mir Dr. Jagenbrein schon Jahre lang geholfen hat oder er empfahl mich an andere super Ärzte. Mein erster Besuch war 2004 und er war der Einzige, der mir sofort aus mein Problem geholfen hat. (Beide Knie kaputt) Dr. Jagenbrein is a great diagnostician BUT the appointment is a horror. Despite appointment waiting times up to 2 hours. I always take it in the purchase. Since Dr. Jagenbrein has been helping for years or he recommended me to other super doctors. My first visit was in 2004 and he was the only one who helped me out of my problem right away. (Both knees broken)
D	Dzevad Ferhatbegovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist ziemlich nett. Aber mit Termin war die Wartezeit jedes Mal circa eine Stunde. Beim Doktor ist man dann 5min im Schnitt. Ich ging da jedes Mal in meiner Mittagspause hin und geholfen haben mir die Empfehlungen auch nicht. Somit leider Zero Sterne von mir. The doctor is pretty nice. But with an appointment, the waiting time was about an hour each time. At the doctor you are 5 minutes on average. I went there every time during my lunch break and the recommendations didn't help me either. So unfortunately, zero stars from me.

Wahrlich ein Segen für kranke Menschen, dass es so einen Arzt gibt! Professionalism, empathy and compassion are what characterize this extraordinary doctor, Dr Jagenbrein, in his appealing practice rooms. Truly a blessing for sick people that there is such a doctor!

The receptionist says that in 1 month an appointment is available. "checks" the calendar "3rd no... 9th no..." and says that only on Friday, BUT there is another doctor (a practitioner or something). Then you say, ok, if that works... and HOLD on the line for 4 minutes, until your money run out. I didn't want to call back afterwards. My friend recommended me this doctor and want to get to him, in 1 month or 2 months, – it doesn't matter! BUT LET ME IN... So yeah, does the doctor know about such shenanigans that receptionists are making?
