Kennt die Krankenkassenprozesse nicht. unfortunately not a good doctor, incompetent and fearful. Ignorant and not adapted to the Austrian healthcare market. Doesn't know the health insurance processes.

Ich empfehle andere auch nicht. It is good doctor but unfortunately the assistant is very nervous and very rude, so I do not want to go to this doctor more. I do not recommend others.

Man wird gezwungen 2.5 h zu warten mit einen bruch obwohl ich die Befunde des Spitals dabei hatte, will die Ärztin einen sehen. OK, und wozu? Ich hab jetzt 2h 40min gewartet damit sie sagt okay noch 2 Wochen krankenstand. Ohne sich die Zehe anzusehen... Man wird einfach nach hinten gereiht Leute die nach einen kamen, kommen vorher dran. Absolut unverantwortlich sowas, spricht man die Assistenten drauf an wissen sie selbst nicht was sie drauf sagen sollen und schweigen. Termine vergeben sie keine!! Unfair waiting times, it is simply lined up people who had no appointment. It is forced to wait 2.5 hours with a break although I had the findings of the hospital, the doctor wants to see one. OK, and for what? I have now 2h 40min waits so she says okay for another two weeks sick. Without looking at the toe ... It is simply lined up behind the people who came after one, come before it. Absolutely irresponsible something like that, you talk to the assistants on it they do not know what to say on it and keep silent. Dates do not give them !!

Die Assistentin spricht sehr unhöflich und sie hat schlechte Laune . Man kann bessere Artz in Wien finden . The doctor is not really good but goes. p	peter robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Ärztin zu der man vertrauen hat, sehr gute Diagnostikerin, nimmt sich trotz vollem Wartezimmer, die erforderliche Zeit um effizient mit dem Patienten, die Behandlung zu besprechen. Ein weiterer Vorteil, kann sofort, bei Bedarf Infusionen setzen. Die Vorzimmer Dame, umsichtig, freundlich, findet immer nette Worte für die Patienten. Das Wartezimmer, multi kulti, sowie sieht man auch so manch bekanntes Gesicht aus div. Medien. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr, sehr gut aufgehoben. A doctor whom you trust, a very good diagnostician, takes the necessary time to discuss the treatment efficiently with the patient despite the waiting room. Another advantage, can immediately, if necessary, infusions set. The anteroom lady, prudent, friendly, always finds nice words for the patients. The waiting room, multi kulti, as well as you can see so many known face from div. Media. We feel very, very well cared for here.

Die Ärztin nimmt mein Anliegen ernst und ich erhalte eine verständliche und neutrale Aufklärung, Information und Beratung. Sehr empfehlenswert!! She is very kind and polite! In practice, I am treated in a friendly and respectful manner. The doctor takes my concerns seriously and I receive an understandable and neutral explanation, information and advice. Highly recommended!!

Wir sollten uns als Bürgerinnen dieses Staates wirklich gut überlegen wie wir mit dem Thema Gesundheit umgehen, es finanzieren und strukturieren und vor allem, wie es für die Menschen ist, die in dem Bereich arbeiten. Ich wünsche mir faire Bedingungen für die Menschen, die im Gesundheitssystem arbeiten und gute Versorgung der Patientinnen. Wenn wir das als Gesellschaft geschafft haben, kann ich auch guten Gewissens 5/5 Punkte geben. Der fehlende Punkt meinerseits in der Bewertung ist den strukturellen Gegebenheiten zuzuordnen, nicht der Kompetenz oder dem guten Willen der Menschen in der Praxis. (Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich gerade vor der Ordinationsassistentin immensen Respekt. Die Frau verfügt über Selbstkontrolle und professionelle Beherrschung in einem absolut beeindruckenden Ausmaß. Frau Zarza wiederum zeichnet sich durch Reflektiertheit und eine Achtsamkeit aus, die ich aus Wiener Ordinationen nicht kenne. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich sie selbst falsch eingeschätzt habe, was ich bereue, da ich sie auch menschlich mittlerweile sehr schätze.) Both the doctor and the assistant are trying very hard, but unfortunately, in my opinion, they are overburdened. As citizens of this state, we should think really carefully about how we deal with the issue of health, how we finance and structure it and, above all, how it is for the people who work in this area. I want fair conditions for the people who work in the health system and good care for patients. If we have managed that as a society, I can give 5/5 points with a clear conscience. The missing point on my part in the evaluation is to be assigned to the structural conditions, not to the competence or the good will of the people in practice. (To be honest, I have immense respect for the ordination assistant. The woman has self-control and professional control to an absolutely impressive extent. Ms. Zarza, on the other hand, is characterized by reflection and a mindfulness that I don't know from Vienna ordinations. I have to admit that I misjudged her myself, which I regret, since I now also appreciate her humanly.)
