So ein Arztpersonal ,wie in dieser Ordination ist meiner 80 jährigen Mutter noch nie untergekommen, man hat sie am 17.9. mehrere Stunden auf Rezepte warten lassen, wobei eines auf ein falsches Medikament ausgestellt wurde ( meine Mutter hat EXTRA auf das neue Medikament hingewiesen!). das falsche Medikament auf dem Rezept ist ihr erst zu Hause aufgefallen folglich musste sie heute 18.9 wieder in die Ordination, weitere 2 Stunden Wartezeit auf EIN Rezept! DAS IST UNTER ALLER WÜRDE wobei der Warteraum nur sehr spärlich besetzt war. Ein anderer Fall in meinem Bekanntenkreis von gestern, der Rezepte abholen wollte, ewiges Warten weil die Assistentin telefoniert hat OHNE zur Kenntnisnahme des Patienten (der vor der Dame gestanden ist) weder Blickkontakt noch Begrüßung oder ein Leck mich am A....! Und dann auch noch ein pampiges Verhalten. Die Ärztin mag ja gut sein ( hat von beiden Patienten keiner zu Gesicht bekommen) aber das Vorzimmerpersonal sollte eher auf eine Baustelle ohne Kundenkontakt! Ich bin echt so sauer! A STAR BECAUSE NO STAR IS NOT POSSIBLE. My 80-year-old mother has never seen such a medical staff as in this ordination. She was available on September 17th. Wait several hours for prescriptions, one of which was issued for a wrong drug (my mother pointed out the new drug EXTRA!). She only noticed the wrong medication on the prescription at home, so she had to go back to the ordination today, September 18th, waiting another 2 hours for ONE prescription! THAT'S UNDER ALL Dignity whereby the waiting room was only very sparsely occupied. Another case in my circle of acquaintances from yesterday, who wanted to pick up prescriptions, eternal waiting because the assistant spoke on the phone WITHOUT acknowledging the patient (who was standing in front of the lady), neither eye contact nor greeting or a lick on my A ....! And then also a sloppy behavior. The doctor may be good (neither patient saw any of them), but the anteroom staff should rather go to a construction site without customer contact! I am really so mad!

Vor allem beim Blutabnehmen bin ich etwas sensibel und sie war da sehr behutsam. Das Ordinationsteam war auch freundlich und die Ordination ist ganz neu und schön eingerichtet. Alles topp. I've been vaccinated and had blood drawn by Dr. Szith and she did a really great job. I'm a bit sensitive, especially when it comes to taking blood, and she was very careful there. The surgery team was also friendly and the surgery is brand new and beautifully furnished. Everything great.

Ebenso sind Terminvereinbarungen und Rezeptbestellungen sowohl online wie auch telefonisch über ihr nettes Team sehr gut möglich. Dr. Szith mit ihrer ruhigen, besonnenen Art um meine Anliegen. Dass ich als Angsthase vor jeder Spritze gar nicht gemerkt habe, dass ich bereits geimpft war, hat mein Vertrauen in diese Ärztin natürlich noch verstärkt. Und obendrein sind ihre Ordinationsräume total freundlich und modern ausgestattet! My experiences in the ordination of Dr. Isabella Szith are only positive. After a friendly welcome, Fr. Dr. Szith, with her calm, level-headed manner, of my concerns. The fact that I, as a scaredy-cat, didn't even notice before every injection that I had already been vaccinated naturally increased my trust in this doctor. And on top of that, your surgery rooms are totally friendly and modern!

Ich brauche meist nur meine Medikamente und sollte man ein altes, aus eigener langjähriger Erfahrung gut wirksames wollen, muss man sich auf einen sehr unfreundlichen Kampf bereit machen. Als intelligenter, müntiger und Erwachsener Mensch nicht nachvollziehbar. Auch meine anderen Erfahrungen sind kaum besser. Schlecht gelaunt, unfreundlich und man ist froh wenn man schnell wieder draußen ist. Hervorheben möchte ich aber die Damen an der Anmeldung, im besonderen Andrea. Sehr kompetent, freundlich und um die Patienten bemüht. Leider färbt das nicht auf Ihre Chefin ab. Habe inzwischen den Arzt gewechselt und bin sehr zufrieden I've been to their predecessors and I have to say there's no comparison. Most of the time I just need my medication and if you want an old one that works well from my own years of experience, you have to be prepared for a very unfriendly fight. Not understandable as an intelligent, mature and grown-up person. My other experiences aren't much better either. In a bad mood, unfriendly and you're glad when you're out again quickly. But I would like to highlight the ladies at the registration, especially Andrea. Very knowledgeable, friendly and cares about the patients. Unfortunately, that doesn't rub off on your boss. I have now switched doctors and am very happy

Fühle mich in ihrer Ordination sehr gut aufgehoben und wurde immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Man kommt schnell an die Reihe und die Ärztin nimmt sich viel Zeit, um auf alle Symptome, Fragen etc. einzugehen. A very good and competent doctor with a friendly and helpful team.
