Ich musste einen anderen Zahnarzt bitte mich aufzunehmen, dieser war entsetzt. The dentist is great, but the sad truth is that, as a customer for decades, you don't get an immediate appointment in case of pain, everything would be okay to wait. I had to ask another dentist to take me in, he was horrified.

I have been a customer there for more than 10 years, but for 1 month I have been trying to call you because my little son absolutely needs an appointment and you can never reach them despite the opening hours! Bieten alles an, von der normalen Kontrolle, über eine Zahnhygiene bis zur OP. Kann ich absolut nur empfehlen. Top dentists / dental surgeons / dental assistants! Everyone is super nice, every step is explained in detail and you take time for each patient. They offer everything from normal controls to dental hygiene to surgery. I can only recommend it.

Trotz Weisheitszahnschmerzen wurde mir ein Termin in 2 Monaten gegeben, auf Nachfrage ob nicht ein früherer Termin verfügbar wäre wurde ich mit den Worten: " Dann müssen Sie zu jemand Anders gehen" abgewiesen... Ich werde mir in Zukunft einen anderen Zahnarzt für meine Angelegenheiten suchen. I have been a customer of Frau Doktor Pramhofer for 14 years. Despite wisdom tooth pain, I was given an appointment in 2 months, when I asked if an earlier appointment wasn't available, I was turned down with the words: "Then you have to go to someone else"... I will find another dentist for my affairs in the future search.
M	Martina Sigl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein nettes Team! Ich hatte ziemlich Angst, weil ich meine Kontrolle ein paar Jahre lang, etwas schleifen ließ. Aber es waren alle Angestellten sehr bemüht! Außerdem hat die Zahnärztin jeden Schritt erklärt und auch Tipps für die Zahnpflege danach gegeben. Nur telefonisch sind sie schwer zu erreichen... aber auf Ihrer Homepage wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass es per E-Mail leichter geht, und so war es auch. Ich war Rundum zufrieden! :) Such a nice team! I was pretty scared because I let my control slip a bit for a few years. But all the employees tried very hard! In addition, the dentist explained every step and also gave tips for dental care afterwards. Difficult to reach only by phone...but their home page suggests that email is easier, and it was. I was completely satisfied! :)
