 Very nice doctor. Doctor Rak is also very nice. One or two helpers could be friendlier.

Are with our son at Dr. med. Rak in treatment. Very good and nice doctor. The staff are always very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird keine Maske getragen und auch keine Handschuhe. Auch die Musik ist viel zu laut. Lange Wartezeit und der Warteraum ist immer überfüllt.
No mask is worn and no gloves are worn. The music is also way too loud. Long waiting time and the waiting room is always overcrowded.

Dr. RAK is very friendly and I was very happy. But I've never come across something as unfriendly and grumpy as the lady at the registration .....
