Und man wird immer sehr freundlich empfangen,und die Ärztin hat sehr viel Verständnis. Also ich kann nur positives schreiben.... I think the doctor is just as nice as the lady in the hall. The waiting times are not long. And you are always received very friendly, and the doctor is very understanding. So I can only write positive things ...

Ganz egal wie hektisch es ist oder sonstwas das war schon nicht mehr unfreundlich das war multipliziert mit 40. Ich hatte angerufen weil dies die Urlaubsvertretung meines Arztes ist und ich Rezepte brauche. Absolut furchtbar, sofort abgewürgt und der Ton war mehr als unfreundlich. Absolutely the rudest office hour helper I have ever had on the phone in my life. No matter how hectic it is or whatever, that wasn't unfriendly anymore, that was multiplied by 40. I called because this is my doctor's vacation replacement and I need prescriptions. Absolutely terrible, immediately stalled and the tone was more than unfriendly.
W	Wolfgang Hietel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Ärztin und Vorzimmer Dame auch eine ganz liebe, immer ein Ohr offen, aber mit den öffnungszeiten nehmen sie es nicht genau, kommen meistens 30-45min nach der Öffnungszeiten... öffentlich leicht zu erreichen, Parkplätze vorhanden, aber nicht viele! Very nice doctor and anteroom lady, also a very dear one, always one ear open, but they don't take the opening times exactly, usually come 30-45 minutes after the opening times ... easily accessible to the public, parking spaces available, but not many!

Leider nimmt sich die Ärztin etwas wenig Zeit aber im ganzen sehr zufrieden Very friendly doctor, despite the full waiting room, you get in quickly. Wartezeiten sind leider trotz Terminen immer sehr lange1, v.a. im Sommer ist das sehr unangenehm und der Warteraum ist immer Pumpvoll! Für mich eine typische mittelmäßige Ärztin, die nur ihr Notwendigstes tut. Daher auch Arztwechel The doctor was not very patient and sometimes does not even listen, but follows her plan. Im Wartezimmer ist es schon oft passiert, dass man draufgekommen ist, dass Terminzeiten doppelt oder dreifach vergeben wurden. Hin und wieder sitzt man schon 20 min im Wartezimmer bis die Ärztin die Praxis betritt?! Ewig lange Wartezeiten 40 min bis 2 Stunden, schnelles abhandeln der Patient*innen. Langer Abstand um das Befinden zu überprüfen zwischen den Terminen. The doctor herself is actually nice, but the organization is an absolute disaster. It has often happened in the waiting room that one realized that appointments were made twice or three times. Every now and then you sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes before the doctor enters the practice ?! Long waiting times of 40 minutes to 2 hours, patients quickly dealt with. Long intervals to check your health between appointments.
