p	patrick rofner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit brust schmerzen zu ihr!! Die sehr unfreundliche und unsympatische empfangsdame hat mich ohne anschaun und fragen sofort weiter geschickt zum hausarzt!! Da mein hausarzt aber in weer ist hab ich mir halt gedacht kurzer weg schnell zu ihr!! Rausgekommen ist schluss endlich dass ich eine herzmuskelentzündung habe!! I'm in pain with her chest !! The very unfriendly and unsympathetic receptionist sent me without looking and immediately sent on to my family doctor! But since my family doctor is in Weer, I thought a short walk to her quickly !! It finally came out that I have an inflammation of the heart muscle !!
S	Salih Coskun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr unsympathische und unhöfliche Assistentin erwartet sie direkt im Eingang, die beiden Wörter danke & bitte kennt sie scheinbar nicht. Ganze Sätze bilden muss auch ein Problem für sie darstellen, da sie versucht, sich mit möglichst wenigen Stichwörtern auszudrücken - entweder zu faul um den Mund aufzukriegen oder zu unmotiviert für den Umgang mit Menschen FEHL AM PLATZ. Frechheit pur, dass man sich als Patient noch das alles gefallen lassen muss. A very unsympathetic and rude assistant is waiting for you right in the entrance, she doesn't seem to know the two words thank you & please. Forming whole sentences must also pose a problem for her, as she tries to express herself with as few keywords as possible - either too lazy to open her mouth or too unmotivated to deal with people OUT OF PLACE. Pure cheek that you as a patient still have to put up with all of this.

Habe die ganzen Kommentare gesehen, und es ist heutzutage leider so, dass wenn es nicht der Hausarzt ist, die Patienten abgewiesen werden weil die Ärzte voll sind mit arbeit... Aber das sollte kein Grund für schlechte Rezessiomem sein! Ich hatte mehrere Probleme mit meiner gesundheit und war auch mal im KH, wo mir nicht wirklich weitergeholfen wurde. Die Ärztin konnte mir schlussendlich helfen und hat sich die Zeit genommen! Einfach top! Very friendly staff and doctor. I've seen all the comments and it is unfortunately the case these days that if it is not the general practitioner, the patients are turned away because the doctors are full of work ... But that should not be a reason for bad recession! I had several problems with my health and was once in a hospital where I was not really helped. The doctor was finally able to help me and took the time! Simply great!

Mit meiner Frage wer mir noch helfen könnte, wurde ich hingewiesen, ich solle selber suchen. Ganz unfreundlich! Eine Pflicht des Arztes zur Behandlung besteht in folgenden Fällen: Notfälle: In Notfallsituationen oder bei akuten Krankheitskrisen. In Akutfällen kann sich der Arzt auch auf eine Überlastung der Praxis nicht zurückziehen. Wie ich in den anderen Rezesionen sehe, passierte eine Ablehnung von Schmerzpatienten schon öfters! Was rejected with acute pain and need for help, as there would be no space in the practice due to Corona. When I asked who could still help me, I was told that I should look for it myself. Very unfriendly! The doctor is obliged to provide treatment in the following cases: Emergencies: In emergency situations or acute illness crises. In acute cases, the doctor cannot withdraw even if the practice is overloaded. As I see in the other reviews, a rejection of pain patients has happened quite often!
s	sarah auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz akuter Probleme - einfach abgewiesen! Assistentin erstellt Ferndiagnose per Telefon und entscheidet was akut ist und was nicht! Ob die Ärztin weiß was die Dame da treibt - hoffentlich wird die Ärztekammer aufmerksam! Despite acute problems - simply rejected! Assistant creates remote diagnosis by phone and decides what is acute and what is not! Whether the doctor knows what the lady is up to - hopefully the medical association will pay attention!

Und Andrea am Empfang sehr freundlich, flott und ebenfalls kompetent. Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Lg und ein dickes DANKE, ihr seid super. For me the best doctor ever. Very empathetic and competent, she still takes time for her patients. And Andrea at the reception very friendly, quick and also competent. I feel very well taken care of. N	Niki S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin kann im Endeffekt nichts für diese Bewertung, aber die Assistentin an der Anmeldung ist ja wohl auch Teil des Ganzen also muss ich leider so bewerten. Ein abgetrennter Anmeldebereich vom Wartebereich wäre von Vorteil, damit andere Patienten eventuell Leiden und Privates nicht mithören können. Keine blöde Idee oder? Schlussendlich muss man dennoch in kurzen Sätzen zusammenfassen warum man eigentlich hier an der Anmeldung steht. Und eine nettere Assistentin wäre auch von Vorteil. Etwas einfühlsam sein ist gar nicht mal so schwer. Muss man nur ein bisschen dran arbeiten. ;) Wie gesagt die Ärztin kann nichts dafür. Zu ihr konnte ich nicht mal rein. Hingehen werde ich aber trotzdem nicht mehr. In the end, the doctor cannot help with this evaluation, but the registration assistant is probably also part of the whole, so unfortunately I have to evaluate it that way. A separate registration area from the waiting area would be an advantage so that other patients might not be able to overhear ailments and private matters. Not a stupid idea, is it? In the end, you still have to summarize in short sentences why you are actually here at the registration. And a nicer assistant would also be an advantage. Being a little empathetic is not that difficult at all. You just have to work on it a little. ;) As I said the doctor can't help it. I couldn't even get in to her. But I won't go there any more.
