Good doctor but terrible staff. With children (I experienced myself during the waiting time (no one can handle here. No patience and understanding for the fears that little kidis sometimes have. If it doesn't work right away, then the monkey theater is big ...

Ich bin bei Ihr, seitdem ich ein Kind bin und gehe immer wieder gerne zu Ihr in die Praxis, da Sie sich in Ihrem Fachgebiet exzellent auskennt. The doctor and the staff are very friendly and competent. I have been with her since I was a child and am always happy to go to her practice because she has an excellent knowledge of your area of expertise.

An Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld mangelt es erheblich, insbesondere im Kontakt mit Kindern. In my opinion, the time pressure and the tension of the staff are clearly noticeable. There is a significant lack of empathy and patience, especially when it comes to contact with children.

Auch das Team ist immer sehr geduldig und herzlich den Kids gegenüber!!! For us the best ophthalmologist, even if there are sometimes long waiting times, but we would never switch. The team is always very patient and warm towards the kids !!!
P	Peter Reis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit.Ein Termin wurde hinfällig und man wird wegen Eingenverschuldung trotzdem aufgefordert die 30€ zu bezahlen.Selbst mein Kind kann sich daran erinnern das der Termin gestrichen wurde. Ich könnte es verstehen wenn man hier eine riesen Lücke einreißen lässt und die Angestellten deshalb nichts zu tun hätten aber wenn man Termin hat und trotzdem 2.5 Stunden warten muss dann ist das kein Problem oder ?? Und Personal unfreundlich kann ich nur einer anderen Bewertung zustimmen !!! Impudence. An appointment became obsolete and you will be charged because of indebtedness anyway the 30 € to pay. Even my child can remember that the appointment was canceled. I could understand it if you can tear down a huge gap here and the employees therefore had nothing to do but if you have appointment and still have to wait 2.5 hours then that's not a problem or ?? And staff rude I can only agree with another review !!!

Leider gibt es immer wieder Eltern die in Sachen Erziehung sehr beratungsresistent sind und ihre Kinder entweder nicht unter Kontrolle halten können, oder nicht fähig sind die Kinder zu trösten und dann für ihre eigenen Schwächen andere verantwortlich machen wollen. The doctor and the team are very friendly and competent. Unfortunately, there are always parents who are very resistant to counseling in education and their children either can not keep under control or are not able to comfort the children and then make others responsible for their own weaknesses.

Schließlich habe ich mir meinen nächsten Folgetermin in einem Jahr (2020) vereinbart. Ich hatte mir diesen 100%ig korrekt in mein Smartphone abgespeichert. Nach gut einem Jahr dann bekam ich eine Mahnung und einen Zahlschein von € 30,-- weil ich nicht gekommen sei. Ich rief sofort an und erwiderte, dass mein Termin erst in 14 Tagen ist. Das Ordinationsteam zeigte kein Verständnis dafür. Ich ersuchte mehrmals um Rückruf von Frau Doktor Tide um die Sache zu klären. Leider bekam ich bis heute keine Rückruf von ihr. So bemüht man sich um seine Augen-Patienten/Innen. Total ärgerlich und schade! Leider kann man keine "0"-Sterne vergeben, Markus Kaiser (Geinberg) I got an appointment and had to wait over an hour (!). OK, it's just busy, I thought to myself. Finally, I have made my next follow-up appointment in a year (2020). I had saved this 100% correctly in my smartphone. After a year or so I received a reminder and a € 30 payment slip because I hadn't come. I called immediately and replied that my appointment would not be for 14 days. The ordination team showed no understanding. I asked Dr. Tide to call back several times to clarify the matter. Unfortunately, I haven't received a call back from her to this day. This is how you care about your eye patients. Totally annoying and a shame! Unfortunately you cannot assign "0" stars, Markus Kaiser (Geinberg)

Sehr empfehlenswert! Very nice, competent doctor, because you are happy to accept longer waiting times. The team was also very caring and nice despite the stress! Highly recommended!
