Sie haben mich verstanden und mich mit reden und lächeln beruhigt das fand ich total gut. Ich kann die Praxis von Hr. Dr. Germ nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist ein tolles Team auf das man stolz sein kann, bin sehr zufrieden. I was terrified of the dentist but since all the staff were so polite and nice to me, it was half as bad. They understood me and calmed me down with talking and smiling. I thought that was totally good. I can practice the practice of Mr. Dr. Only recommend Germ. It's a great team to be proud of, I'm very happy.

Ich war jetzt schon das zweite Mal bei der Frau Dr. und Ihrer Assistentin und bin mehr als nur zufrieden. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, da beide ein eingespieltes Team sind und jeder Handgriff sitzt. Die Leichtigkeit bei der Ausführung ihrer Tätigkeiten war wirklich erstaunlich. Nach meinem Besuch in der Ordination: Dr. Hermann Germ, ist diese zu unserer Familienordination geworden. Aufgrund meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen kann ich diese Ordination mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. I am not really a friend of dentists, because I hate it when someone is "tinkering" in my mouth or sometimes "butchering" from experience. This is the second time I've been to Dr. and your assistant and I am more than just satisfied. I felt that I was in very good hands because they are both a well-rehearsed team and every move is perfect. The ease with which they carried out their work was truly amazing. After my visit to the ordination: Dr. Hermann Germ, this has become our family ordination. Based on my personal experience, I can recommend this ordination with a clear conscience.

Bekomme e so selten einen freien Termin dann komme ich mal dran werde aber nie fertig behandelt ,es heißt dann immer ich brauche einen neuen Termin obwohl ich jedes Mal dazu gesagt habe ,das es mir die Zeit leider nicht erlaubt wegen meinem Job . Auskunft am Telefon ist auch eine Frechheit, bin geimpft und dann heißt es aber ich brauche einen Test und am Telefon hieß es auch das ich nur den Impfunachweis brauche. Very, very, very disappointed, was better once. Doktor nahm sich Zeit, erklärte ihm alles, war sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Die Behandlung hat funktioniert! Nach mehreren gescheiterten Versuchen und schlechten Erlebnissen bei anderen Zahnärzten; wir sind begeistert! kaum Wartezeiten; Ich kann die Praxis sehr weiter empfehlen! Very sensitive and competent doctor! I came with my little son who was very scared. Ms. Doctor took her time, explained everything to him, was very friendly and empathetic. The treatment worked! After several failed attempts and bad experiences with other dentists; we are excited! hardly any waiting times; I can highly recommend the practice!

Leider tut mein Backenzahn sehr stark weh und muss einen anderen Zahnarzt aufsuchen die ihren Job richtig macht. Hoffentlich ist es nicht entzündet worden..
