Unmenschlicher Umgang, Geschrei seitens des Arztes, Frechheit, einer 73 jährigen betagten Asthmatikerin mit möglichen herzproblemen so entgegen zu treten,... Echt traurig sowas. Does not recognize ffp2 mask exemption from old elderly women. Inhuman treatment, screaming on the part of the doctor, cheek to confront a 73 year old elderly asthmatic with possible heart problems ... Really sad something.

J	Joel Lanbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal und Artzt sind wirklich sehr freundlich deshalb 3 Sterne aber wenn ich einen Termin ausmache und 3 Stunden später erst wieder fertig bin die Arztpraxis überfüllt ist , dann ist das für mich unverständlich vorallem weil man fast 2 Monate auf einen Termin wartet!! Untersuchung und Diagnose wirklich kompetent und nett nur die Wartezeit war nicht ok ich war Kurz davor wieder zu gehen. The staff and doctor are really very friendly so 3 stars but if I make an appointment and 3 hours later the doctor's office is overcrowded, then that is incomprehensible to me, especially because you wait almost 2 months for an appointment! Examination and diagnosis really competent and nice only the waiting time was not ok I was about to leave again.

Er ist ein kompetenter Arzt, den man gerne besucht und bei dem man sich immer wohl fühlt. Er hat mich jahrelang sehr gut betreut. Für Dr. Stefan Frischauf kann ich leider nicht dasselbe behaupten. Unfreundlich, respektlos und hochnäsig. Hat einer Patientin empfohlen einen anderen Arzt aufzusuchen, weil sie kein perfektes Deutsch spricht und er keinen "Dolmetscher" spielen mag. Was soll man da noch sagen. Sehr traurig. Ein sehr bedauernswerter Generationswechsel innerhalb der Ordination. Dr. Heinrich Frischauf is always friendly and respectful when dealing with his patients. He is a competent doctor whom one likes to visit and with whom one always feels good. He looked after me very well for years. For Dr. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same to Stefan Frischauf. Rude, disrespectful and snooty. Has recommended a patient to see another doctor because she does not speak perfect German and he does not like to play an "interpreter". What else can I say. Very sad. A very unfortunate generation change within the ordination.
H	Herbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise bin ich nicht der große Rezessionenschreiber, nur nachdem was hier teilweise zu lesen ist, möchte ich bewusst eine solche schreiben. Ich hatte letzte Woche einen Termin um 10:50 Uhr, war ca. 10 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit in der Ordination, wurde von der netten Assistentin freundlich begrüßt und nach Erledigung der Formalitäten (e-Card, Überweisung) gebeten, im Wartezimmer platz zu nehmen. Auch die beiden Labormitarbeiter (Blut und EKG) waren bemüht und nett. Um 12:15 Uhr habe ich dann die Ordination wieder verlassen. In dieser Zeit hatte ich eine Blutabnahme, ein EKG, ein erstes längeres Gespräch mit Dr. Stefan Frischauf (der mir zuhörte, sich dabei Notizen machte und bei mir einen absolut angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat), ein Belastungs-EKG und danach nochmals eine kurze Besprechung des Ergebnisses durch Dr. Frischauf. DANKE – ich komme gerne wieder in diese Ordination! Normally I'm not the big recession writer, only after reading part of what is here, I would like to consciously write one. I had an appointment at 10:50 a.m. last week, was in the surgery about 10 minutes before the agreed time, was greeted in a friendly manner by the nice assistant and after completing the formalities (e-card, bank transfer) I was asked to take a seat in the waiting room to take. The two laboratory employees (blood and EKG) were also helpful and nice. At 12:15 p.m. I left the surgery again. During this time I had a blood test, an EKG, a first long conversation with Dr. Stefan Frischauf (who listened to me, took notes and made an absolutely pleasant impression on me), a stress ECG and then another brief discussion of the result by Dr. Fresh on. THANK YOU - I would love to come back to this practice!
M	Mia Maric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein Witz! Dass man im Gang die ganze Zeit stehend warten muss und man sich nicht anmelden darf, dann gehen Menschen, die einen Termin nach dir haben, vor dir rein. Ich komme sicher nie wieder dahin! Such a joke! The fact that you have to wait standing in the aisle the whole time and you are not allowed to register, then people who have an appointment after you go in before you. I will definitely never go there again!

Man soll sich unbedingt anmelden, besonders wenn man einen Termin ausgemacht hat und nicht im Gang warten, weil andere so tun.. Ich war vor kurzem dort und alle "Stationen" durchgeführt (Blutabnahme, EKG, Fachgespräch und Untersuchung); zwischen 1- 2 Stunden sollte man sich schon einplanen, besonders da die Ordination sehr in Anspruch genommen wird. Aber Dr. Frischauf und das ganze Team sind total freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend, sehr weiter zu empfehlen!! In my opinion, the ordination works like a real clock, super-organized! You should definitely register, especially if you have made an appointment and don't have to wait in the hallway because others do so. You should plan between 1-2 hours, especially since the ordination is very busy. But dr Frischauf and the whole team are totally friendly, competent and courteous, highly recommended!

Ich habe um 9 Uhr einen Termin gehabt, wir durften uns nicht anmelden und die Menschen die um 9:30 einen Termin gehabt haben sind vor mir reingegangen! Und dann kommt die Sekretärin und sagt, dass sie gerade gesehen hat, dass ich um 9 Uhr einen Termin habe und dass ich aber nicht die ganze Zeit da war! Ich bin einfach weggegangen und da komme ich nie wieder, solche Hinterweltler. Practice is a joke! You have to wait standing in the hallway of the building despite an appointment! I had an appointment at 9 a.m., we were not allowed to register and the people who had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. went in before me! And then the secretary comes and says that she just saw that I have an appointment at 9 am and that I wasn't there all the time! I just walked away and I'll never come back, backworlders like that.
