Wasn't ok for me !! Disrespectful if you have an appointment at 9 and the doctor arrives shortly before 10 times and the waiting room is already full.

First class psychiatrist, addresses my complaints and really helps me. Of course I have to do my part too, but I'm much better now, thank you very much.

S	Sabine Kern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich leider gar nicht weiterempfehlen! Geht gar nicht auf Ihre Patienten ein. Hab mich zu einem Seminar überreden lassen(Kosten 500€). Hat mir leider nichts gebracht. Wenn man kein zweites um 500€ mehr machen möchte, wird so lange auf einen eingeredet bis es das Beste ist sich jemand anderes zu suchen. I can not recommend it! Does not respond to your patients. Have me persuaded to a seminar (cost 500 €). Unfortunately, nothing has brought me. If you do not want to make a second € 500 more, one persuades one until it is best to look for someone else.
S	Sabrina Gastl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn möglich, würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Zuerst wird versucht einem Einzureden, man hätte die falsche Uhrzeit des Termins wahrgenommen. Anschließend wird man verschickt, da der Termin anscheinend erst 1 Stunde später wäre. Nach dieser Stunde durfte ich mich endlich anmelden. Es verging eine weitere Stunde Wartezeit bis ich wieder in die Anmeldung gebeten wurde, wo man mir sagte ich müsse mindestens noch 30 Minuten warten und könne derweil wieder gehen, da mein Termin später wäre. Dabei wird einem noch ins Gesicht gelacht. Um den Termin wahrnehmen zu Können beschloss ich natürlich noch zu warten, obwohl ich am Liebsten auf der Stelle gegangen wäre. Insgesamt durfte ich wieder eine ganze Stunde warten, bis ich ENDLICH dran kam. Insgesamt musste ich 3,5 Stunden warten! Das Gespräch war kurz gehalten und es wird gar nicht auf einen eingegangen. Man wird ständig unterbrochen, ausgelacht, nicht ernst genommen und schließlich wird einem irgendeine Diagnose auf den Tisch geknallt. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie solch ein unkompetentes Team und solch eine Ärztin gesehen. NIE MEHR WIEDER!! If possible, I would give it 0 stars. First the attempt is made to convince you that you have taken the wrong time of the appointment. Then you will be sent because the appointment would appear to be 1 hour later. After this hour I was finally allowed to register. Another hour of waiting passed before I was asked to register again, where I was told I had to wait at least another 30 minutes and in the meantime I could leave because my appointment would be later. There is also a laugh in your face. In order to be able to keep the appointment, I naturally decided to wait, although I would have preferred to leave on the spot. All in all, I was allowed to wait a whole hour again until it FINALLY got my turn. In total, I had to wait 3.5 hours! The conversation was kept short and one is not discussed at all. You are constantly interrupted, laughed at, not taken seriously and finally some kind of diagnosis is slammed on the table. I have never seen such an incompetent team and such a doctor in my life. NEVER AGAIN!!

Auch die workshops sind gut und und hilfreich aufgebaut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Zusätzlich hervorzuheben: die Sekretärin ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich! => bin absolut zufrieden! Dr. Schönegger-Markert is professional, friendly, listens! She supported me a lot in my situation and helped me. The workshops are also well structured and helpful. I can only recommend! Also to be emphasized: the secretary is very accommodating, friendly and polite! => I am absolutely satisfied!
