Er zeichnet sich aus durch Menschlichkeit, durch höchste Professionalität, durch Zeit und Ruhe für sein Gegenüber (trotz voller Warteräume, zurecht volle Warteräume), Priorisierung von Notwendigkeiten und zeigt in seinem täglichen Tun Geduld, Ausdauer, Organisation und Zielstrebigkeit im vollsten Sinne für den Patienten. Dazu begegnet er seinen Patienten und Mitarbeitern selbst unter regem Betrieb mit Höflichkeit, Freundlichkeit und einem ehrlichen Lächeln. Als Patient von Dr. Hartwig Fassl fühlt man sich immer ernst genommen, bestens betreut und weiß sich sicher immer dort abgeholt, wo man tatsächlich als Hilfesuchender steht.
