D	Denise Dirnbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste eine Stunde auf den Arzt warten , da seine Mittagspause länger dauerte . Assistentin schickte Röngtenbild per Whats App . Dann machte sie die Provisorische Füllung. Nach einer Stunde warten Grüßte der Arzt nicht einmal . Ich habe zu der Assistentin gesagt ,dass ich keine weiße Füllung möchte da 110 € ohne Spritze mir zu teuer ist . Der Arzt schmieß mich daraufhin hinaus und meinte seine Mitarbeiter arbeiten nicht aus Liebe bei ihm. Sehr unverschämter Arzt ! 1 Stunde nicht in der Ordination anwesend gewesen , unprofessionell . Fragte als er in die Ordinatin kam , warum die ganzen Kunden hier warten und ich am Stuhl sitze und sie ja eigendlich keine neuen Kunden aufnehmen . Hab geantwortet, dass ich das nicht wusste und gesagt habe ,dass ich noch nicht hier war und einen Termin bekommen habe und er dann so ja dann war das ein Fehler der Assistentin . Sehr Respektloser Umgang. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Had to wait an hour for the doctor as his lunch break was longer. Assistant sent X-ray images via WhatsApp. Then she made the temporary filling. After waiting an hour, the doctor didn't even say hello. I told the assistant that I don't want a white filling because 110 € without a syringe is too expensive for me. The doctor then threw me out and said his employees don't work for him out of love. Very rude doctor! 1 hour not present in the ordination, unprofessional. When he got into the ordinate, asked why all the customers are waiting here and I am sitting at the chair and they are not actually accepting any new customers. I replied that I did not know that and said that I was not here yet and had an appointment and he said yes then that was a mistake by the assistant. Very disrespectful treatment. I can't recommend it.
H	Helene Schumnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Besuch bei Dr. Galle hat mir als Angstpatientin wirklich zugesetzt. Ich hatte damals immer wieder Schmerzen in einem Zahn links oben und habe einen Termin vereinbart. Die Schmerzen im Zahn waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt zwar erträglich, aber permanent vorhanden. Als ich dann dort war, wurden Röntgen gemacht, und der Zahn als voraussichtlich im "Absterben" befindlich erklärt. Soweit so schlecht. UND DANN - ich konnte es nicht glauben - wurde mir ein neuer Termin für eine Zahnreinigung angeboten. Obwohl ich einige Male darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich immer wieder starke Schmerzen im Zahn habe, und ich dies als vorrangig erachte! Ich bekam Aufklärung über die Kosten für eine "Gesamtsanierung" meiner Zähne, also Austausch aller Füllungen, Kosten für Kronen, Inlays usw. aber keine Behandlung meines schmerzenden Zahnes. Ich empfand diese Vorgehensweise als herausragend unverschämt und völlig konträr zu jeder ärztlichen Verhaltensregel, die ja die Hilfeleistung für den Patienten als erste Priorität enthalten sollte! Und um das noch klar zu sagen: Ich pflege meine Zähne sehr gründlich, trinke aber viel Tee, bin Raucherin und neige ohnehin zu Zahnverfärbungen, dafür aber weniger zu Karies. Gegen eine Zahnreinigung hatte ich nie etwas einzuwenden, aber bitte in der richtigen Reihenfolge! The visit to Dr. med. Galle really hurt me as a fear patient. Back then I had pain in a tooth on the top left and made an appointment. The pain in the tooth was tolerable at this time, but permanently available. When I was there, X-rays were taken and the tooth was said to be "dying". So bad. AND THEN - I could not believe it - I was offered a new appointment for a teeth cleaning. Although I have pointed out a few times that I am always in great pain in the tooth, and I consider this as a priority! I got information about the costs for a "total renovation" of my teeth, so replacement of all fillings, costs for crowns, inlays, etc. but no treatment of my aching tooth. I found this approach to be outrageously outrageous and completely contrary to any medical rule of conduct that should include providing assistance to the patient as a first priority! And to put it bluntly: I take care of my teeth very thoroughly, but drink a lot of tea, I'm a smoker and tend anyway to tooth discoloration, but less to tooth decay. I never had any objection to cleaning a tooth, but please in the right order!
b	boehse fürsLeben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Panik -Patient , inkl.Ohnmacht uvm.! Mein Kiefer, 2 Zähne waren extrem entzündet,dicke Backe,richtige Schmerzen. Wurde ohne Ternin in 5 Minuten dran genommen, Freitag's um 15 Uhr, eine hübsche ,junge Sprechstundenhilfe war unglaublich kompetent u.einfühlsam. Die 1.Begegnug mit d. Arzt war ein kleiner Scherz! Trotz extremer Entzündung war die Behandlung schmerzfrei , sobald er gemerkt hat ich verkrampfe meine Schultern, hat er wieder gefragt ob es weh tut u.hatte eine unglaubliche Geduld mit mir . Auch die Scham für einige meiner schlechten Zähne wurde mir genommen. Wäre jeder Zahnarzt so, hätte ich diese Phobie nicht, er nahm sich Zeit, war sehr kompetent. Vielen, vielen Dank an Dr.Galle und Sprechstundenhilfe. Astrid St. I am a panic patient, including fainting and much more! My jaw, 2 teeth were extremely inflamed, thick cheek, real pain. Was taken on without Ternin in 5 minutes, Friday at 3 p.m., a pretty, young office assistant was incredibly competent and sensitive. The first encounter with d. Doctor was kidding! Despite extreme inflammation, the treatment was painless, as soon as he noticed I was cramping my shoulders, he asked again if it hurts and had an incredible amount of patience with me. The shame for some of my bad teeth was also taken away. If every dentist were like this, I would not have this phobia, he took his time, was very competent. S	Sandra Friedrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der zweite Termin lief im Gegensatz zum ersten Termin (siehe früheres Posting) leider sehr unprofessionell ab. Von meinem Zahn war ein Stück abgebrochen. Die sehr junge Assistentin/Sprechstundenhilfe begutachtete - und reparierte - die Sache provisorisch. Hier lag auch das Problem: denn sie war die einzige, die dies tat. Obwohl sie einen kompetenten Eindruck machte, so ist es doch "irritierend", einen Termin beim Zahnarzt zu haben, der aber weder einen Blick in meinen Mund machte und somit keine Diagnose stellte, noch die Arbeit der Assistentin kontrollierte, ja, er ließ sich nicht mal blicken... In contrast to the first appointment (see previous posting), the second appointment was very unprofessional. A piece of my tooth had broken off. The very young assistant / consultant examined - and repaired - the matter provisionally. Here was the problem: she was the only one who did this. Although she made a competent impression, it is "irritating" to have an appointment with the dentist, who did not look into my mouth and therefore did not make a diagnosis, nor checked the work of the assistant, yes, he did not let himself let's have a look ...
A	Astrid Reschling-Eichberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Corona und in einem neuen Bundesland einen Zahnarzt zu finden, eine heikle Aufgabe. Als Angstpatient noch schwieriger. Umso überraschter war ich, als noch am selben Tag ein Termin zu haben ist. Die Helferin professionell und sehr freundlich, der Arzt beschreibt jeden Schritt zuvor und ist besonders einfühlsam, lacht und scherzt mit seinen Patienten. Kurz gesagt: TOP?nächster Termin bereits vereinbart! Despite Corona and finding a dentist in a new federal state, it was a delicate task. Even more difficult as an anxiety patient. I was all the more surprised when I had an appointment on the same day. The assistant is professional and very friendly, the doctor describes every step beforehand and is particularly sensitive, laughs and jokes with his patients. In short: TOP next appointment already agreed!

Herr Dr. Gallé hat sich meiner angenommen und war sehr einfühlsam und erklärte mir jeden Schritt den er als nächstes machen wird, sodass ich immer wusste was als nächstes passiert. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und auch die Nachbetreuung war sehr gut - er hat mich die ersten Tage nach der OP jeden Tag angerufen und gefragt wie es mir und dem Zahn geht. Ist auch immer noch Abends erreichbar, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Kann Herrn Dr. Gallé nur weiterempfehlen. I had a lot of pulling on one tooth. Dr. Gallé took me on and was very empathetic and explained to me every step he would take next, so that I always knew what would happen next. I felt very well looked after and the aftercare was very good - he called me every day for the first few days after the operation and asked how I and the tooth were doing. H	H E R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte kurz vor Ostern geholfen den gebrochenen Schneidezahn zu reparieren und erklärte alles ganz genau… Der Doc. gab sich große Mühe den Schneidezahn wieder herzustellen auch wurde ich auf zusätzliche Karies aufmerksam gemacht. Also in meinem Fall Super Service könnte nicht besser sein… Helped to repair the broken front tooth shortly before Easter and explained everything in detail... the doctor went to great lengths to restore the incisor and I was made aware of additional caries. So in my case Super Service couldn't be better...
