G	Gretchen Lamarr Pivate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Unfreundlich bis zum nicht mehr geht der Mensch. Von oben herab, als wüßte man nicht was man spürt oder worunter man leidet. Eine Facharzt Überweisung NUR wenn man bei ihm vorstellig wird ( das ist mir überhaupt neu ! ) Bestimmt damit er eine extra Konsultation bei der WGKK verrechnen kann. Denn noch nie hab ich gehört, dass er praktische Arzt über die Maßnahmen entscheidet ... Wenn ich als mündiger Patient zu einem Facharzt will dann hab ich auch das Recht dazu. Ich hab mir das jetzt 2 Jahre angeschaut. Kennt sich NULL aus mit der Krankheit die ich seit 3 Jahren habe, aber will mir einreden was richtig ist und was nicht. Never again. Unfriendly until no longer does man go. From above, as if you didn't know what you were feeling or what you were suffering from. A specialist referral ONLY if you get in touch with him (that's new to me at all!) Determined so that he can charge an extra consultation with the WGKK. Because I have never heard that he will decide the measures of a general practitioner ... If I as a mature patient want to see a specialist, then I have the right to do so. I've been looking at this for 2 years. Knows ZERO with the disease that I have had for 3 years, but wants to tell me what is right and what is not.
L	Leonie Fusban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfangs(dame)eine absolute Frechheit, ich bin als neue Patientin hin gekommen und wurde ab der Minute nur angemault, was mir einfällt als noch nicht angemeldete Patientin zu ihrer Praxis zu kommen (ich war überpünktlich in der Ordinarionszeit da, da es in der Praxis keine Terminvergabe gibt). Nur angeschnauzt und absolut degradierend behandelt von dieser Person, aus dem einfachen Grund, dass ich noch keine Patientin zuvor war!!!! NIE NIE WIEDER, noch nie so eine schlechte und unhöfliche Praxis erlebt!!! Die Frau Doctor, war dahingegend wirklich sehr sympathisch aber aufgrund der Atmosphäre bei Anmeldung etc. würde ich diese Praxis wirklich keinem Empfehlen. Reception (lady) an absolute cheek, I came as a new patient and from the minute I was only complained about what occurred to me as a not yet registered patient to come to her practice (I was there over time in the ordinarium time because it was in the practice no appointments are made). Just snapped at and treated absolutely degrading by this person, for the simple reason that I was not a patient before !! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN, never experienced such a bad and rude practice !!! The Ms. Doctor was really very personable in this regard, but due to the atmosphere when registering, etc. I would really not recommend this practice to anyone.

Gestern war ich nur durch Zufall und vertretungsweise für meinen.. sich in Urlaub befindlichen Arzt ..in dieser Ordination und war angenehm überrascht, wie nett und gut sich die doch recht überbelastete Assistentin um all die Schlange stehenden Menschen kümmerte. Die Ärtzin selber nahm sich dann auch sehr viel Zeit und war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Auch schaut die Ordination mit ihrer so geschmackvollen Einrichtung und mit den wundschönen und dekorativen Bildern eines namenhaften Künstlers ganz toll aus..in der Wartezeit hatte ich so noch einen schönen Kunstgenuss..man fühlt sich in der Ordination sehr gut aufgehoben und ich würde dort als Patient bleiben, denn auch als Kassenpatient ist man dort gut beraten und bestens versorgt, aber ich habe bereits einen sehr guten Hausarzt.L.Wellner All thumbs up! Yesterday I was only by chance and as a substitute for my doctor who was on vacation in this ordination and was pleasantly surprised how nice and well the overworked assistant looked after all the people standing in line. The doctor herself took a lot of time and was competent and very friendly. The ordination also looks great with its tasteful furnishings and the wonderfully beautiful and decorative pictures by a well-known artist..in the waiting time I had a great pleasure in art..you feel very well looked after in the ordination and I would be there as a Stay patient, because even as a health insurance patient you are well advised and well looked after, but I already have a very good family doctor, L. Nun bin ich seit 2016 Patientin bei einem Arzt der nicht nur sehr nett ist, sondern auch kompetent und freundlich! Sehr human! Sr. Christine ist ein Engerl! Soo freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine Bereicherung für Herrn Doktor Koll Natürlich gibt es Wartezeiten und das ist auch gut so Denn ein guter Arzt nimmt sich halt etwas Zeit ? für seine Patienten Ich wünsche alles Gute und viel Erfolg ? ? Dankeschön ??? I have Dr. Koll found when I needed proxy! Now I am a patient since 2016 with a doctor who is not only very nice, but also competent and friendly! Very humane! Sr. Christine is an Engerl! Soo friendly and helpful, an enrichment for Dr. Koll. Of course there are waiting times and that's good too. Because a good doctor takes some time ? for his patients I wish all the best and much success ? ? Thank you ???

Die Sprechstundenhilfe Christine hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und ist ebenfalls kompetent und witzig. Dr. Koll is a very friendly, competent doctor who takes his time and can listen. The waiting times are within limits. The receptionist Christine always has a smile on her face and is also competent and funny.
