★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Neupatient keine Chance. Es soll im neuen Quartal noch einmal versucht werden, dann ist vielleicht ein Termin zu bekommen. Telefonisch auch keine weiteren Fragen möglich weil Telefon einfach aufgelegt wird.
No chance as a new patient. It should be tried again in the new quarter, then maybe an appointment can be made. No further questions possible over the phone because the phone is simply hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meine hausärztin war im urlaub, weshalb ich wegen schmerzen (ferse) fr. dr. balthazar ohne termin aufsuchte. obwohl in anderem sprengel zu hause, wurde ich von allen ausgesprochen freundlich und offensichtlich auch sehr kompetent beraten und behandelt.
auf diesem wege möchte ich daher nochmals danke sagen!
my family doctor was on vacation, which is why i had pain (heel) fr. dr. visited balthazar without an appointment. Although at home in a different area, I was given extremely friendly and obviously very competent advice and treatment by everyone.
I would therefore like to take this opportunity to say thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach die besten Ärzte Hr. Dr. Speiser sowie auch Fr. Dr. Balthazar sind sehr Einfühlungsvermögend ohne jegliche Vorurteile wie heutzutage leider die meisten Ärzte sind. Nicht zu vergessen sind aber auch die netten Damen von der Anmeldung immer am Lächeln und sehr kompetent.
Simply the best doctors Mr. Dr. Speiser as well as Ms. Dr. Balthazar are very empathetic without any prejudice as unfortunately most doctors are nowadays. Not to be forgotten are the nice ladies from the registration, always smiling and very competent.
