★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit starken Schmerzen keinen Termin auch nicht mit Wartezeit. Der Terminkalender ist voll und sie gehen auf Urlaub bekommt man als Antwort und diese war auch sehr unfreundlich.
With severe pain no appointment, not even with waiting time. The schedule is full and they go on vacation you get in response and this was also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weisen Schmerzpatienten telefonisch sehr unfreundlich und arrogant ab, mit der Begründung dass sie selber bald auf Urlaub sind. Unprofessioneller geht's kaum. Eine verlangte schriftliche Bestätigung darüber kann die Hilfskraft am Ende der Leitung allerdings auch nicht ausstellen, vermutlich kann sie nicht schreiben.
Reject pain patients very unfriendly and arrogantly on the phone, on the grounds that they will soon be on vacation themselves. It couldn't be more unprofessional. However, the helper at the end of the line cannot issue a required written confirmation about this, presumably she cannot write.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Schmerzpatient abgewiesen zu werden geht gar nicht ! Ob der Arzt neue Patienten nimmt oder nicht spielt hierbei keine Rolle !
Wahnsinnig arrogant und unhöflich wird man am Telefon abgewimmelt !
Ich mach mich jetzt auf den Weg in die Zahnklinik - wenigstens dort sollte es klappen ....

Insanely arrogant and impolite you get dismissed on the phone!
I'm now on my way to the dental clinic - at least it should work there ...

Great dentist! Got an appointment quickly, is very conscientious and precise at work. Hardly any pain because he knows how to anesthetize properly. Thanks !!!
