★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute bzgl eines Ersttermins angerufen, die Dame am Telefon meldete sich mit "Keller". Sie kommunizierte auf äußerst unfreundlicher bzw. herablassender Art und Weise mit mir, wie ich es bei einem Privatarzt noch nicht erlebt habe. Ich nahm ihren angebotenen Termin nicht an und sagte der Dame auch den Grund dafür, Antwort: Aha, na dann..! Auch wenn Dr. Keller genug Patienten hat, ist es nicht notwendig so mit Menschen umzugehen!!
 I called today for an initial appointment, the lady on the phone answered "Keller". She communicated with me in an extremely rude/condescending manner that I have never experienced in a private practitioner. I didn't accept the appointment you were offered and also told the lady the reason for it. Answer: Aha, well then..! Even if dr. Keller has enough patients, there is no need to treat people like that!!
