Der Arzt gibt Ihnen Ratschläge und informiert Sie ausreichend. The whole team was very friendly. It feels good and the ordination is modern and very clean. The doctor will give you advice and inform you sufficiently.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und sind auf alle meine Fragen eingegangen :) Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen, da man sehr nett und zuvorkommend behandelt wird. T	Tobias Gollmitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man hat das Gefühl, die Probleme werden abgetan. die Dame am Telefon sagte mir ich könne keine Darmspiegelung machen da das erst ab 45 Jahren möglich wäre. Meine Beschwerden wurden abgetan als überflüssig und ich solle mehr Sport machen und mich gesünder ernähren. Ich kann sie absolut nicht weiterempfehlen wenn man so am Telefon behandelt wird,wie ist das dann wohl in der Praxis. Die Dame war sehr hektisch und es kam mir so vor als hätte sie einfach keine Lust weil ich ihr unsympathisch war- vl hatte sie nur einen schlechten Tag wobei das meiner Meinung nach kein professionelles Verhalten war. Auch auf wiederholten nachfragen ob die Möglichkeit nicht bestehen würde kam ein klares nein, wobei mir meine Gesundheit sehr wichtig ist und ich das gerne getan hätte. Wusste nicht das ich erst eine Diskussion darüber führen muss warum das keine gute Idee ist?!, statt das man nach einer Lösung sucht. You get the feeling that the problems are being dismissed. The lady on the phone told me I couldn't do a colonoscopy as that would only be possible from the age of 45. My complaints were dismissed as superfluous and I should do more sport and eat healthier. I absolutely cannot recommend her if you are treated like that on the phone, what is it like in practice? The lady was very hectic and it seemed to me as if she just didn't feel like it because I was unsympathetic to her - she just had a bad day, which in my opinion was not professional behavior. Even after repeated inquiries whether the possibility would not exist, a clear no came, although my health is very important to me and I would have liked to have done that. Didn't know that I first have to have a discussion about why this is not a good idea?! Instead of looking for a solution.

Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich, Ordi topsauber und Dr. Smetanig empathisch und nimmt sich Zeit für ein eingehendes Aufklärungsgrspräch. Habe mich bestens behandelt gefühlt und kann die Ordi nur empfehlen. A visit to the doctor as it should be. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, Ordi super clean and Dr. Smetanig empathetic and takes the time for a detailed explanation. I felt well treated and can only recommend Ordi.

Ich habe mich in der Ordination sehr wohl gefühlt.
