★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider jedes Mal mindestens eine Wartezeit von 1 1/2 Stunden mit Termin. und die Empfangsdame ist mehr als unfreundlich - egal ob man anruft oder persönlich mit ihr spricht.
unfortunately every time at least a waiting time of 1 1/2 hours with appointment. and the receptionist is more than rude - no matter if you call or speak to her in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmögliche Bedingungen. Sehr unfreundliche Assistenz, grüsst nicht und lässt jeden ohne Worte einfach stehen und warten. Zudem herrscht beim Erstgespräch null Diskretion aufgrund der Zuhörer bzw. wartenden Patienten im Hintergrund.
Impossible conditions. Very unfriendly assistance, does not say hello and leaves everyone standing and waiting without words. In addition, there is zero discretion during the initial consultation due to the listeners or waiting patients in the background.
