Arzt war bis jetzt eigentlich immer kompetent.
Bei seltenen Krankheiten dann leider doch überfragt, anstatt dies zuzugeben wird dem Patienten das Gefühl gegeben es sei alles in Ordnung was ja aber nicht stimmt. Lieber zu einen weit entfernten Spezialisten gehen wenn keiner in der Nähe ist.
Man muss aber eben auch sagen er ist Allgemeinmediziner und kann nicht alles wissen.. Aber wie gesagt dann muss man es auch zugeben oder nachfragen.
Sonst ein relativ guter Arzt der mit einer sympathischeren Empfangsdame mehr Patienten haben könnte /gehabt hätte.

Up until now, the doctor has always been competent.
In the case of rare diseases, unfortunately, instead of admitting this, the patient is given the feeling that everything is okay but that is not true. It is better to go to a specialist far away when nobody is around.
But you also have to say he is a general practitioner and cannot know everything .. But as I said then you have to admit it or ask.
Otherwise a relatively good doctor who could / would have had more patients with a more sympathetic receptionist.
