C	Claudia Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war positiv überrascht. Ich war verunsichert, wegen der teils schlechten Bewertungen ABER ich war vollstens zufrieden. Ich bekam kurzfristig einen Termin, die Praxis ist sehr nett und modern. Der Arzt, Dr. Gauff, sehr sympathisch, freundlich, aufklärend. Ich kann die Praxis weiterempfehlen. I was positively surprised. I was unsure because of the partly bad reviews BUT I was completely satisfied. I got an appointment at short notice, the practice is very nice and modern. The doctor, dr. Gauff, very personable, friendly, enlightening. I can recommend the practice.

Lab result seemed normal to me and I figured the problem was elsewhere, so I had arranged an alternative appointment with an internist. Was called by Dr. Manurung's office and told, no, it is not within normal range, I must come in for a consult. When I came in the doctor simply told me "oh, it's all good, you should go see an internist". Save yourself the time and find a doctor who can read lab results.

The address on docfinder was wrong, and there was no information on that building informing that they have moved to another place 2. I need to make some calls to figure out where the new office is 3. I go there, late, because of their mistake of not updating the address 4. the receptionist said: it's your mistake, you are late. I cannot do anything, I can give you a new appointment in 1 hour 5. And I am not even allowed to stay there because of covid situation but the waiting room is empty!!!!! So far the whole experience tells me that they are: * not proactive in solving their mistake (wrong information online) * not flexible and not friendly at all. I spent 45 minutes going to this place. This is ridiculous.

m	mridula sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am usually a patient with Dr. Gauff but since he was on leave, I was attended by Dr. Manurung today. Dr. Manurung is by far the worst experience in terms of the gynecologist that I have had in Vienna. He is impatient and if you ask him to repeat what he said, he just rolls his eyes and doesn't bother to explain any more. His tone was rude and did not handle the instruments delicately or with concern. For an appointment that lasted basically 5 mins, it was the worst experience ever given my situation and I did not bother to ask any follow up questions given his attitude.
