Die frau an der Rezeption ist eine Katastrophe sie hat mir Urin abgenommen und mich trotz der Schmerzen nicht zum arzt gelassen sie hat gesagt die probe wäre unauffällig, daraufhin bin ich zu einem anderen arzt gefahren 10 min später wurde mir also beim nächsten arzt urin abgenommen und dabei haben sie erkannt das blut im urin ist und ich Nierensteine habe.
 The doctor himself is very nice and really takes his time. But! The woman at the reception is a disaster, she took my urine and, despite the pain, did not let me see the doctor.She said the sample would be normal, so I drove to another doctor. 10 minutes later, the next doctor took my urine and They recognized that there was blood in the urine and that I had kidney stones.
