L	LALA LIEBLING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglich jemanden zu erreichen. Habe es mehrmals täglich über den zeitraum von drei Tagen Probiert, auch bei Mail aber keine Rückmeldung. Sehr ärgerlich, da man für die Testergebnisse viel Geld bezahlen muss und es um etwas wichtiges geht. Nie mehr!! Impossible to reach anyone. I tried it several times a day over a period of three days, even with email but no response. Very annoying, because you have to pay a lot of money for the test results and something important is involved. No more!!

Beim ersten Mal habe angeblich die Telefonnummer gefehlt (die auf der Anmeldung jedoch angegeben war), und diesmal gab es das Ergebnis auch erst auf Anfrage per Mail - kommentarlos und ohne Entschuldigung! Wer darauf angewiesen ist, ein schnelleres Ergebnis zu bekommen (nicht erst nach 24h und nicht erst auf Anfrage) sollte sich nach Alternativen umsehen, so es sie gibt...vlt.ein Grund für den schlechten Service?! Das Ergebnis wurde relativ schnell übermittelt. Trotzdem nur ein Stern, weil die Ordination Dr. Walder auch nach viermaligem Nachfragen es nicht geschafft hat die genaue Uhrzeit des durchgeführt Tests auf dem Endergebnis zu vermerken - was ein ziemliches Problem sein kann wenn man das Ergebnis für einen internationalen Flug benötigt. Für 99 Euro erwarte ich mir schon ein Mindestmaß an Professionalität - die Kommunikation und das Problemlösen dieser Ordination war sehr mangelhaft. Aufgrund der langen Öffnungszeiten sind da immer wieder unterschiedliche Assistentinnen bei den Tests. Jedoch ist der Ablauf, auch bei großem Andrang, immer sehr zügig und freundlich. Sollte es öfter geben. :-) I regularly go to the test street in Sillian for the corona test. Due to the long opening times, there are always different assistants during the tests. However, the process is always very quick and friendly, even when there is a large crowd. Should be more often. :-)
