War dort um für jemanden einen Befund abzuholen, wurde sofort angefahren was ich mir einbilde trotz vorherigen Telefonat, und ohne zu bitten dass ich den Befund so bekomme. Hab's der Dame auch gesagt das der Ton völlig falsch ist, war ihr vollkommen egal und blickte weiter in ihren PC.
Das lustige an der Geschichte: es gab schon eine Möglichkeit diesen Befund zu holen, dann passte wenigstens das.
Versteh auch dass man grade hier wahrscheinlich ein dickes Fell braucht, und eine gewisse Autorität.. bitte dies jedoch mit ein klein wenig Bedacht einsetzen.
An impudence!
Was there to collect a finding for someone, was immediately started what I imagine despite the previous phone call, and without asking that I get the result. I also told the lady that the sound was completely wrong, she didn't care and looked further into her PC.
The funny thing about the story: there was already a way to get this finding, then at least that was right.
Also understand that you probably need a thick coat here, and some authority .. please use this with a little bit of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018- falsche Laborergebnis/ und nach kh Untersuchung und richtiger Messung dort nur angeschnauzt, dass es das nicht geben kann
2020- wenn man anruft und um Auskunft zu einer Abwicklung und einem Termin braucht (Glukosetoleranztest), wir man wieder nur angefahren und bekommt keine anständigen und normalen Antworten!
Ehrlich gesagt fehlt mir hier jegliches Verständnis, da man ja nur einen normalen Umgangston erwartet und wünscht!
2018- wrong laboratory result / and after kh examination and correct measurement there just snapped that it couldn't be
2020- if you call and need information about a settlement and an appointment (glucose tolerance test), we just hit you again and don't get any decent and normal answers!
To be honest, I lack any understanding here, since you only expect and want a normal tone!
