★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also: Super! Bin mit Bronchitis hin, super Untersuchung, da wurde an alles gedacht. Die verschriebene Medikation wurde perfekt erläutert. Kein Frage von mir blieb unbeantwortet, dabei musste ich gar keine Fragen stellen. Unterm Strich: TipTop! So sollte jeder Arztbesuch sein.
So: great! I went there with bronchitis, great examination, everything was thought of. The prescribed medication was perfectly explained. No question of mine went unanswered, and I didn't have to ask any questions. The bottom line: TipTop! This is how every visit to the doctor should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mayrhofer selbst ist super kompetent und freundlich. Ein Arzt, der sich wirklich noch Zeit für die Patienten nimmt und bei dem man nicht das Gefühl hat, nur eine Nummer zu sein.
Allerdings ist es mehr als schwierig, überhaupt einen Termin zu bekommen. Seit nunmehr zweieinhalb Wochen versuche ich, telefonisch einen Termin zu verschieben, aber selbst wenn ich 30x am Tag anrufe, oder das Telefon eine halbe Stunde durchläuten lasse, komme ich nicht durch. Für jemanden, der arbeitet und nicht die Zeit hat, selbst für eine läppische Terminvereinbarung direkt hinzufahren ist das mehr als bescheiden.
Dr. Mayrhofer himself is super competent and friendly. A doctor who really still takes time for the patient and with whom you don't have the feeling that you are just a number.
However, it is more than difficult to get an appointment at all. I've been trying to reschedule an appointment by phone for two and a half weeks now, but even if I call 30 times a day or let the phone ring for half an hour, I can't get through. For someone who works and doesn't have the time to go there even to make a ridiculous appointment, that's more than modest.
