S	Sabine Neuhauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termins sitze ich seit 50 min als einzige da, weil alle, die nach mir kamen, bereits dran genommen wurden. Wozu Termin? Aber die Ärztin war sehr nett und bemüht. Despite the appointment, I've been the only one sitting there for 50 minutes because everyone who came after me has already been taken. Why appointment? But the doctor was very nice and tried hard.
B	Bojci Vra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt wie in dieser Ordination. Schon bei der Terminvergabe am Telefon sehr unfreundlich. Ich wollte einen Termin an einem Tag wo ich natürlich Zeit habe. Zitat: "Das ist hier kein Wunschkonzert" . Und die blonde Dame am Empfang ist sehr forsch und laut. Die Untersuchung wurde von einer sehr freundlichen Ärztin durchgeführt, die auch genau erklärte, was gemacht wird. Dazu sind die Räume auch optisch sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Ich habe schnell einen Termin bekommen, die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,auch bei der Anmeldung und bei der Untersuchung waren die Damen überaus freundlich und nett. Wenn ich noch einmal so eine Untersuchung benötigen würde, werde gerne wieder diese Praxis aufsuchen. Personally, I can't understand all of the negative reviews. I got an appointment quickly, the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, the ladies were extremely friendly and nice when registering and during the examination. If I need such an examination again, I would be happy to visit this practice again.
F	Fresh Mango on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Feldner-Bustin ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin, die sich Zeit für ihre PatientInnen nimmt. Terminvergabe erfolgt immer unkompliziert und schnell. Allerdings ist die Ordinationshilfe, die so spricht, als würde sie in den nächsten Sekunden einschlafen, nicht freundlich und wimmelt PatientInnen ab, die offensichtlich besorgt sind und nicht wissen, an wen sie sich wenden sollen. Ein Herr mit ausländischem Akzent wurde nach zwei Minuten forsch ermahnt, die Maske richtig aufzusetzen und sich mit seiner Entscheidung zu beeilen, da eine eine (!) Dame hinter ihm wartete. Besagte Dame (ohne Akzent) wurde 10 Minuten lang von der Ordinationshilfe betreut und hatte die volle Dauer dieser 10 Minuten ihre Maske unter der Nase, wurde jedoch kein einziges Mal aufgefordert, diese richtig aufzusetzen. dr Feldner-Bustin is a very competent doctor who takes the time for her patients. Appointments are always quick and easy. However, the receptionist, who speaks as if she will fall asleep in a few seconds, is not friendly and brushes off patients who are obviously concerned and don't know who to turn to. After two minutes, a gentleman with a foreign accent was briskly admonished to put on the mask correctly and to hurry up with his decision, as a lady (!) was waiting behind him. Said lady (without an accent) was looked after by the ordination assistant for 10 minutes and had her mask under her nose for the full duration of these 10 minutes, but was never asked to put it on properly.
M	Maxi Mayi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab binnen 2 Tagen eine Termin bekommen. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Es gab keine lange Wartezeiten. Bei der Laboruntersuchung wird auf die Wünsche der Patienten eingegangen. Keine unpersönliche Massenabfertigung. Sehr hübsche Damen arbeiten dort. Got an appointment within 2 days. Very nice and friendly staff. There was no long wait. During the laboratory examination, the wishes of the patient are taken into account. No impersonal mass processing. Very pretty ladies work there.
