Nur die Dame(n) an der Anmeldung sind total überfordert, telefonisch kommt man nicht durch sodass ich keinen termin für die Befundbesprechung bekommen hab. Es heisst aus organisatorischen gründen können sie das tel nicht abheben und wenn man es später versucht wie vom tonband angegeben dann ist besetzt oder es geht wieder niemand ran...einfach zu viele patienten ...ich suche mir einen anderen arzt !!! Very nice good doctor, and also the whole team. Only the lady (s) at the registration are totally overwhelmed, by phone you can not get through so I did not get a date for the findings meeting. It means organizational reasons you can not lift the tel and if you try later as indicated by the tape then it is busy or there is no one ran again ... just too many patients ... I'm looking for another doctor!
a	awesome user on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den Patienten einfach mit einer inkompetenten Antwort abzuwimmeln find ich richtig armselig.... entweder braucht die Madame mehr Urlaub oder sie sollte sich einen neuen Job suchen ... Hilfsbereitschaft kenn ich anders und so wie bei Dr. Bode noch nie erlebt... wenn man eventuell nicht 100% Österreichischer Abstammung ist sollte man diesen Empfangsbereich besser meiden... ansonsten kommt wieder eine qualifizierte Aussage wie.. dann sollten Sie in der Türkei (z.B.) zum Arzt gehen !!!!!!! The patient simply with an incompetent answer I find really poor .... either the Madame needs more vacation or she should look for a new job ... Helpfulness I know differently and as Dr.. Bode never experienced ... if you are not 100% of Austrian descent should better avoid this reception area ... otherwise comes again a qualified statement like .. then you should go to Turkey (eg) to the doctor !!!! !!!
P	Petra Baer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr angetan. Sowohl von den Assistentinnen ,alle sehr freundlich, als auch vom Arzt. Es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen für die Untersuchungen und Dr.Bode hat die Ergebnisse und die sich daraus resultierende Medikation sehr gut verständlich erklärt. I'm very impressed. Both from the assistants, all very friendly, and from the doctor. A lot of time was taken for the examinations and Dr.Bode explained the results and the resulting medication very clearly.

Ich gehe da nicht mehr hin. The doctor absolutely did not respond to me, did not let me have my say. My questions have not been answered or have been ignored. I don't go there anymore.

Er hat viel und laut geredet, ich weiß jetzt gleich viel wie vorher. Nicht zum empfehlen. Dear Dr. Bode answered my specific questions with very superficial answers. He talked a lot and loudly, I know as much now as before. Not to be recommended.

Auch sein gesamtes Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wohl und wird gut beraten. Dr. Bode is a very competent and friendly doctor who also takes time for his patients and their concerns. His entire team is also very friendly and courteous. You feel good and are well advised.
