Wir fühlen uns mit jedem Problem gut aufgehoben- überhaupt ist die ganze Ordination mitsamt der Apotheke super organisiert!?Was mir positiv im Vergleich zu einigen anderen Ärzten auffällt ist die telefonische Erreichbarkeit: Bei anderen heißt es oft "der Doktor ist jetzt nicht zu erreichen..." und man wartet stundenlang auf Rückruf- hier wird man schnellstmöglich verbunden... auch ein Hausbesuch ist wenn nötig zeitnah möglich. Jeder, der schonmal stundenlang mit fieberndem Kind in einem Wartezimmer gesessen ist, weiß das zu schätzen... ? Ein "Danke" dafür!
We are happy to have such a competent and friendly family doctor! We feel that we are in good hands with every problem - the whole ordination including the pharmacy is well organized! ?What I noticed positively compared to some other doctors is the availability by telephone: With others it is often said "the doctor cannot be reached now. .. "and you wait for hours for a call back - you will be connected here as quickly as possible ... a home visit is also possible promptly if necessary. Anyone who has sat for hours with a feverish child in a waiting room will appreciate that ... ? A "thank you" for that!
