Obwohl "Dr. Iampaglia" auf dem Türschild steht, habe ich diese noch nie (!) zu Gesicht bekommen, was vollkommen unerhört ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich seit mehreren Jahren Patient bin. Darüber hinaus gibt es keinen Dienstplan, nach dem man sich richten und dementsprechend erwirken könnte, stets von demselben Arzt behandelt zu werden - es offenbart sich einem also eine wiederkehrende Arzt-Lotterie, die dem Grundgedanken des Hausarztes als beständiger Vertrauensarzt diametral zuwiderläuft. Erzürnend ist auch, dass die Namen der Ärzte nicht genannt werden, man deshalb nicht weiß, wer einen eigentlich behandelt - sogar alle Rezepte und Überweisungen werden als "Dr. Iampaglia" gezeichnet. Ein Besuch bei solch einem Hausarzt ist entbehrlich, denn ein Unterschied zu einer Ambulanz stellt keinen Unterschied dar. Unfortunately the doctors keep changing! Although "Dr. Iampaglia" is on the door sign, I have never (!) Seen it, which is completely unheard of when you consider that I have been a patient for several years. A visit to such a family doctor is unnecessary, because there is no difference to an ambulance.
K	Kia Assefi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin nun schon seit einigen Jahren Patient und kann nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund zahlreicher Erfahrungen mit anderen Allgmeinmedizinern sagen, dass sie unter Berücksichtigung aller maßgeblichen Kriterien die beste praktische Ärztin ist, mit der ich es je zutun hatte. Sie weiß was sie tut und das merkt man bereits nach wenigen Minuten nachdem man den Raum betreten hat. Anhand zielgenau gestellter Fragen findet sie das Problem und klärt bei Bedarf lückenlos auf. Diese enorme Kompetenz, die sie ausstrahlt, hat mir schon in einigen schwierigen Lebenssituationen das Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben und soetwas ist in der heutigen Zeit eine Rarität. J	J. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sollte bei einem Kassenarzt, dessen Gehälter von der Allgemeinheit finanziert werden, wenigstens ein Mindestmaß an Niveau und Kompetenz erwarten können. Das dieser Umstand oft in Kassenpraxen ignoriert wird, ist keine Neuigkeit. Diese Praxis ist jedoch etwas ganz besonderes. Unfreundliches, teilweise gehässiges Personal. Ständig wechselnde Belegschaft. Inkompetente Ärzte, die weder zuhören, noch um eine Diagnose oder Behandlung bemüht sind. Zu Blutabnahmen in der eigenen Praxis wird gedrängt, auch wenn man betont, dass man lieber ins Labor geht. Generell werden gerne Leistungen, die Einnahmen bringen gemacht: Blutabnahmen, Rezepte, Überweisungen. Einen „Hausarzt“ der diese Befunde dann bespricht und sich um eine angemessene Behandlung kümmert, gibt es nicht. Da wird gerne weiter zu Fachärzten geschickt. Die Zeit im Behandlungszimmer ist teilweise sehr knapp bemessen. Man wird dann ungalant hinausgebeten, ohne seine Anliegen besprochen zu haben. Bei dieser Praxis ist deutlich zu sehen weshalb die Allgemeinärzte den Gesundheitskliniken weichen sollen. Einen tatsächlichen Nutzwert dieser Niederlassung sucht man lange. R	Rudolf Neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Ordination! Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren in Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Iampaglia-Springer und bin stets zufrieden. Die Anamnese sowie die klinische Untersuchung wird äußerst genau durchgeführt und man merkt, dass sich die Frau Dr. hier genug Zeit für den Patienten nimmt um die Ursache des Problems herauszufinden!! Wenn die Ärztin selbst nicht im Haus ist, wird sie stets von einer kompetenten Kollegin vertreten. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und einen Termin bekommt man auch schnell (ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich). Bisher habe ich mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und ich habe in meinnem Leben selten gesehen, dass eine Ärztin ihren Beruf mit so viel Engagement ausübt. LG Mag. Neumann Great ordination! The anamnesis and the clinical examination are carried out extremely precisely and you can tell that Dr. takes enough time for the patient to find out the cause of the problem !! If the doctor is not in the house, she is always represented by a competent colleague. The staff is very polite and you can get an appointment quickly (not a matter of course these days). M	Melisa Manjic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit Jahren eigentlich Patientin dort, in der Telefonwarteschleife ist man mehr als 5 Minuten und dann wird einfach aufgelegt oder eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin hebt ab - mit dem Hinweis Sie hat gerade viele Patienten in der Ordination, aber ja was brauch ich quasi. Sorry, aber das geht nicht und somit nicht zu empfehlen! I have actually been a patient there for years, you are in the telephone queue for more than 5 minutes and then you simply hang up or a very unfriendly employee picks up - with the hint she currently has a lot of patients in the ordination, but yes, what do I need, so to speak. Sorry, but that is not possible and therefore not recommended!

We were so thankful that Dr Iampaglia squeezed us in last minute, we had to wait a bit longer than expected but to be seen by the nicest and most competent doctor I had ever been too was worth waiting. She was so friendly and helpful. The fees a very reasonable and even less than with other doctors. We would recommend Dr Iamapglia Springer and her team. Thank you for your excellent care !
