M	Michaela L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen kleinen Wanderunfall in der Nähe (Platzwunde) und bin kurzerhand in diese Praxis. Man hat mich hier rückwärts wieder rausgeschickt mit dem Kommentar dass ich ja vorher anrufen hätte können ... (es war 11:50 Uhr und ich war froh, überhaupt auf die Schnelle einen Arzt zu finden; außerdem hat mich der Telefonnotdienst hierher geschickt). Offene Wunden würden hier nicht behandelt und nähen tut der Arzt auch nicht, hieß es. Das wäre ja soweit ok für mich, aber dass man mir nicht einmal eine Erstversorgung gegeben hat (zumindest Wunde desinfizieren und Verband drum!) sondern mich direkt im Flur mit offener Wunde wieder rausschmeißt und auf das 30 Min. entfernte Krankenhaus verweist, ist für eine Arztpraxis absolut unverantwortlich! Had a small hiking accident nearby (laceration) and went to this practice without further ado. I was sent back out here with the comment that I could have called beforehand ... (it was 11:50 a.m. and I was happy to find a doctor quickly; the emergency telephone service also sent me here). Open wounds are not treated here and the doctor does not sew either, they said. That would be okay for me, but the fact that I was not even given first aid (at least disinfect the wound and a bandage!) But instead threw me out in the hallway with an open wound and referred to the hospital 30 minutes away is for one Doctor's office absolutely irresponsible!
P	Peter Seidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Frena ist ein toller Arzt, sehr kompetent, freundlich und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für dein Anliegen. Selten so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dr. Frena is a great doctor, very competent, friendly and really takes time for your request. Rarely felt so well cared for.
W	Wolfgang Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Frena selbst ist ja ein guter Arzt, aber seine Frau ist sowas von arrogant, abgehoben und unprofessionell, das ist wirklich unglaublich! Dr. Frena herself is a good doctor, but his wife is so arrogant, aloof and unprofessional, that's really unbelievable!
R	Rüdiger Goger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Frena ist ein sehr guter und freundlicher Arzt. Leider werden nur seine Stammpatienten noch gerne gesehen. Alle anderen werden gnadenlos abgewiesen! Egal was für Leiden ein jeder hat. Selbst bei Rezepten wird man gebeten einen anderen Arzt auf zusuchen. Wobei ich mich gefragt habe gab es da nicht einen Eid??? Den ein jeder Arzt ablegen muss! Dr. Frena is a very good and friendly doctor. Unfortunately, only his regular patients are still welcome. All others are rejected mercilessly! No matter what suffering everyone has. Even with recipes you will be asked to visit another doctor. Where I asked myself there was not an oath ??? Which every doctor has to take off!
P	Peter OWO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War seit ich Kind bin bei Dr. Frena - durchaus kompetent und freundlich. Seine Frau, die als Sekretärin fungiert ist jedoch das absolute Gegenteil, unfreundlich, arrogant und bis zu einem gewissen Grad sogar respektlos. Etwas Empathie bitte - gerade im Umgang mit kranken Menschen wäre wirklich angebracht und ich empfehle ihn aus diesem Grund absolut nicht weiter. Since I was a child I have been with Dr. Frena - quite competent and friendly. However, his wife, who acts as his secretary, is the complete opposite, rude, arrogant and even disrespectful to a certain extent. Some empathy please - especially when dealing with sick people would be really appropriate and for this reason I absolutely do not recommend him.
