Bereits im Vorzimmer spürte ich, dass man hier herzlich willkommen ist! Auch Fr. Dr. Wagner vermittelte ehrlich den Eindruck, sehr am Patienten und dessen Problemen interessiert zu sein. Kompetent, geduldig und sehr menschlich erklärte sie alle einzelnen Untersuchungsschritte! Der nächste Termin steht bereits in meinem Kaender - ich komme wieder! Ist also nichts dringendes, war mir auch klar das es länger hinaus gehen wird. Leider war die Dame sowas von unfreundlich am Telefon. Sagt mir in einem schnippischen Ton, wir sind eine Wahlarztpraxis, sie waren noch nie bei uns? Möchten Sie es nicht gleich bei einem anderen Arzt probieren? Unglaublich wie man abgefertigt wird. Schade, die Ärztin sollte lt. meiner Freundin sehr nett sein, aber da muss man erst mal bei der Vorzimmer Dame vorbei. Based on my friend's recommendation (how important a preventive medical check-up is), I wanted to make an appointment by phone. So is nothing urgent, it was also clear to me that it would go out longer. Unfortunately, the lady was so unfriendly on the phone. Tell me in a snappy tone, we are a private practice, you have never been with us? Wouldn't you like to try another doctor right away? Unbelievable how you get processed. It's a shame, the doctor should be very nice according to my friend, but you have to go to the lady in the anteroom first.
