Obwohl jede Menge los ruhiges und entspanntes warten man fühlt sich total gut aufgehoben Great team although no patient made an appointment immediately after a cat bite. Ich frage mich, wenn ich krank bin, wie soll ich das machen? Laut dem telefonischer Ansage, muss ich vorher wegen einer Termin, telefonisch anmelden. Funktioniert es überhaupt nicht. Sehr ärgerlich. Kein Service. Schade Unfortunately, by phone and email (there is no email address on the homepage) cannot be reached at all. I wonder if I'm sick, how should I do this? Wenn man mal jemanden erreicht, ist das Personal aber dann sehr freundlich. Hardly reachable by phone and no email address given on the homepage. Very annoying! But when you reach someone, the staff is very friendly.

Man befindet sich in der Warteschleife (Position 6), hängt eine geschlagene Std in der Leitung.. Verbindung weg "keine Agenden mehr verfügbar" - gehts noch? Ruft man noch mal an... gleich mal gar kein durchkommen möglich. Keine E-Mail Adresse vorhanden, ansonsten wäre das vielleicht eine Möglichkeit das Anliegen mitzuteilen... Dr. Hohensinn selber ist 1A - sein Kollege - OMG macht nicht mal Hausbesuche, was mal gar nicht geht. Er verweist gleich an den Notdienst "dass dieser zuständig sei", - was dem aber NICHT so ist. Man sollte meinen, dass unser Gesundheitssystem gut oder besser geworden sei - ich merke nichts davon, denn,... Wenn ich meinen Arzt nicht mal mehr erreichen kann - und das tagelang - dann frag ich mich ernsthaft "ist die Ordination so extrem voll, dass niemand ans Telefon geht?" Oder man an einer Position eine dreiviertel Stunde dran hängt? DRINGENDER VERBESSERUNG BEDÜRFTIG Telephone availability since the "new workforce" is barely possible and very annoying! You are in the queue (position 6), there is a full hour on the line .. Connection gone "no more agendas available" - is it still possible? If you call again ... no way through possible. No e-mail address available, otherwise it might be a possibility to communicate the matter ... Dr. Highness himself is 1A - his colleague - OMG doesn't even make house calls, which sometimes doesn't work. He immediately refers to the emergency service "that this is responsible" - but this is NOT the case. One should think that our health system has gotten better or better - I don't notice anything, because ... If I can't even reach my doctor - and that for days - then I seriously ask myself "the ordination is so extremely full, that nobody answers the phone? " Or do you hang on to one position for three quarters of an hour? URGENT IMPROVEMENT NEEDED

Ich habe versucht, mir ein Rezept für die benötigten Medikamente zu besorgen, aber ich bin auf eine Dame gestoßen, die dort arbeitet und sehr arrogant und unkultiviert ist. Ich war schon bei verschiedenen Ärzten, aber ich habe so eine Arroganz bei einem Arzt noch nicht erlebt, und natürlich habe ich kein Rezept für das Medikament bekommen, weil ich nach so einem Verhalten einfach die Praxis verlassen habe. Today I visited the practice because my family doctor is on vacation. and this doctor replaced him. I tried to get a prescription for the medication I needed, but I came across a lady who works there who is very arrogant and uncultured. I've been to different doctors, but I've never seen such arrogance from a doctor, and of course I haven't got a prescription for the drug because I just left the practice after behaving like that.
U	Umair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with the doctor and the whole team, you have to spend some time in the waiting room but you will get your turn eventually. Both the doctors examine thoroughly and are quite good with English language as well.
