M	Ma pepsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Ordinationshilfen überfordert, als Berufstätiger mit Termin eine Wartezeit von 1 1/2 Stunden ist normal, macht aber leider nicht jeder Chef mit. Sollten es wie andere Ärzte handhaben, Tage für Berufstätige und Tage für Arbeitslose und Pensionisten, aber da wird leider kein Unterschied gemacht. Heute muss ich fast eine Woche auf einen Anruf warten der meine Covid Schutzimpfung betrifft und anstatt das ich den Anruf wie versprochen bekomme muss ich mich zwei Mal darum scheren noch mals mich zu melden. Und dann wird mir nicht geholfen. Obwohl es möglich wäre. Ich habe jetzt den Stress mir in wenigen Stunden Befunde zu organisieren und werde daraufhin höchst wahrscheinlich meine Schutzimpfung verpassen. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung Alter Patienten. R	Renate Schröder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Praxis von Hrn Dr. Werny muss ich wirklich getrennt beurteilen: Unser Arzt, Dr. Werny, ist ein hervorragender Arzt, den ich nicht missen möchte!! Die restliche Praxis ist grenzenlos überfordert - es sind schon mal viel zu viele Menschen in der Praxis……. nicht nur im Hinblick auf Corona - es wird viel zu wenig gelüftet … eigentlich ein MUSS ….. nicht nur im Hinblick auf Corona - per Anruf/Mail soll man Medikamente etc. anfordern, die dann „einfach“ abgeholt werden können, aber leider finden die Damen dann das vorbereitete Medikamentensackerl nicht und man wartet, und wartet, und wartet - die abgenommenen Blutproben stehen jedesmal so knapp am Anmeldetisch, sodaß sie schon 2x fast vom Tisch gestoßen wurden - versprochene Rückrufe dauern mittlerweile länger als 1 Woche oder kommen gar nicht - die Praxis ist für die stark gestiegene Einwohnerzahl einfach zu klein und der wenige Platz ist noch vollgestellt mit Modeschmuck, etc - abgesehen von der Sauberkeit, die man in dieser Arztpraxis oftmals vermisst Lieber Hr. S	Sonja Reiländer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundliche Mitarbeiterin bei der Annahme (Jung und dunkelhaarig ich kenne ihren Namen leider nicht). Ich war dort, weil mein Arzt derzeit in Quarantäne ist und ich eine Krankmeldung brauchte. Sehr rasch und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Beim Arzt ist auch gleich eine Art Apotheke dabei wo man gleich die verschrieben Medikamente mitnehmen kann. Top. Leider kein Rollstuhlgerechter Eingang. Super friendly receptionist (young and dark-haired, unfortunately I don't know her name). I was there because my doctor is currently in quarantine and I needed a sick note. Very quick and uncomplicated transaction. At the doctor's there is also a kind of pharmacy where you can take the prescribed medication with you. Top. Unfortunately no wheelchair accessible entrance.
