Kinder werden unabhängig von Termin & Wartezeit früher an die Reihe genommen, was grundsätzlich gut ist. JEDOCH bei lapidaren Sachen wie einer Erkältung etc. ebenfalls, was absolut unnötig ist, wenn andere Patienten wegen deutlich wichtigeren Anliegen ebenfalls warten.
Personal sehr freundlich, immerhin.
 Long waiting despite appointment, our record was 4h.
Children are taken early regardless of appointment and waiting time, which is basically good. HOWEVER, in lapidary things like a cold, etc. also, which is absolutely unnecessary, if other patients also wait because of much more important concerns.
Staff very friendly, after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patienten werden nicht nach der Reihe sondern willkürlich drangenommen. Wer die Sprechstundenhilfe kennt, ist klar im Vorteil. Noch dazu gibt es null Diskretion und Privatsphäre. Jeder kann alles mithören (wieso und weshalb man beim Arzt ist). Wartezeit trotz Anmeldung: 1Std 45min. Wird nur mehr im Notfall von mir besucht, wenn kein anderer Arzt verfügbar ist.
Patients are not taken after the series but arbitrarily. Who knows the nurse, is clearly in the advantage. In addition, there is zero discretion and privacy. Anyone can overhear everything (why and why you're at the doctor). Waiting time despite registration: 1h 45min. Will only be visited by me in an emergency if no other doctor is available.
