 With 38 fever wait 3 hours to get a sick report and a drug that I would get in the pharmacy without a prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine tolle Hausarzt-Praxis mit toller Infrastruktur. Parkplätze vor Ort gratis, Apotheke direkt im selben Gebäudekomplex.
Frau Dr. Steinhart überzeugt mit fachlicher Kompetenz und unglaublichen Einfühlungsvermögen. Wirklich noch eine Ärztin aus Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Menschen!
Die in anderen Rezensionen erwähnte Kritik zum Ordinationsmanagement kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Assistentinnen machen einen hervorragenden Job, sind dabei unglaublich freundlich und ganz toll strukturiert! Mein absoluter Respekt für diese tolle Arbeitsleistung!
Und jedem, dem es nicht schnell genug geht, sei gesagt: bei jedem Kassenarzt kommt es natürlich zu längere Wartezeiten, gerade in der Winterzeit (Grippezeit). Und wenn man so gut und menschlich betreut wird wie hier, sollte man eigentlich gerne warten.
Zudem ist die Ordination sehr modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in absolut freundlicher Atmosphäre.
A great family doctor practice with great infrastructure. Free parking on site, pharmacy directly in the same building complex.
Miss Dr. Steinhart convinces with professional competence and incredible empathy. Really a doctor out of passion and love for people!
I cannot understand the criticism of ordination management mentioned in other reviews. The assistants do an excellent job, are incredibly friendly and very well structured! My absolute respect for this great job!
And for everyone who is not fast enough, it should be said that there are of course longer waiting times for every health insurance physician, especially in winter (flu time). And if you are looked after as well and humanely as here, you should actually be happy to wait.
In addition, the surgery is very modern, very clean and in an absolutely friendly atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war das erste Mal dort und ich muss sagen symphatisch überhaupt die die Dr. Evelyn haben uns gleich gut verstanden . Musste nur 30 ca. Warten war aber weil viel Impfungen kamen .
It was my first time there and I have to say that the Dr. Evelyn got along well right away. Only had to wait 30 approx. Because there were a lot of vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeit. Aber fr.dr.steinhart ist eine sehr nette Ärztin voralem sehr kompetent.lässt sich Zeit für jeden Patienten. Bin schon Jahre in dieser Ordination und fühle mich bestens betreut. Die Damen kennen sich sehr gut aus.ein perfektes Team.danke nocheinmal.
Long wait. But fr.dr.steinhart is a very nice doctor and above all very competent. Takes time for each patient. I have been in this ordination for years and I feel very well looked after. The ladies are very knowledgeable, a perfect team, thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sekretärin soll sich um einen anderen Job bewerben. Sie ist unfreundlich und Sie geht nie ans Telefon ?. Oft wäre es sehr wichtig, und Sie geht einfach nicht zum Telefon ?. Die Ärztin ist eine super tolle Frau. Aber die Sekretärin gehört nicht her hin.
The secretary is supposed to apply for another job. She is rude and she never answers the phone ?. Often times it would be very important and you just wouldn't answer the phone ?. The doctor is a super great woman. But the secretary doesn't belong here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor, but incompetent and rude assistants. I have no complaints against the doctor there, but the management of the patients is horrible. You ALWAYS have to wait for hours, no matter how soon you come. They open in the morning, and for half an hour no patients are being registered, while the assistants are drinking coffee. Waiting line usually forms up to and beyond the front doors. I feel like an idiot waiting there and collecting bacteria from other patients.
So 5 stars for the doctor and -1 stars for the assistants.
